Teachers constantly left, communication between teachers and directors was seldom to none, constant bullying of my son, lack of resources provided and sending my child home to develop mystery illnesses. I had my child sent home with a black eye and was told none of the teachers knew how he got it, was told cameras were reviewed but was later informed I was just told that, and no review of the cameras were done. My child had suffered from bullying from the children, one child told my child that he was going to "have your family killed" and then the child continued to attend the school. Not to mention my child would constantly come home complaining that kids were teasing him and not wanting to play with him and when he told the teachers no one did anything to help resolve the bullying issues. We had been told my child had until 2pm left at the school and would not be allowed to return. This was told to us by a director who called me, requested I leave work early and have a meeting with her the same day, when I arrived she was unavailable for the meeting. I had requested to speak to another person and had discussed my concerns for the second time that my child might be on the spectrum. The lack of communication and choses made by the directors was outright appalling. We had several "teachers" leave or were generally uninterested in teaching or couldn't be bothered to help the kids learn very much needed social-emotional skills. My child was constantly moved around classrooms due to lack of staffing, where there would be one "teacher" with 20-30 kids ranging from ages 2-8 most days. I had also expressed several times that my child does not take naps and asked to make a reasonable accommodation to let him read/draw at nap time to not disturb the other children as well as proving a heads up to the entire class when transitions to another activity would occur as pre-k aged children require to have bridges between activities. They refused to accommodate us multiple times which resulted in full blow meltdowns leaving me to pick my child up almost twice a week and most the time with bruises on his arm from being grabbed. Finally, they had a non-compliance with SNHD as multiple children were attending without proper vaccinations after being audited. Unfortunately over time the quality of service, conditions, carefulness and overall experience with this school rapidly declined. Please do better Source.

They have an excellent system for keeping parents updated on all things relating to your child . Cameras in all rooms , well working app for daily updates and photos . They answer all calls , requests for paperwork and questions in exceptional time . Parents are welcomed and encouraged to stop in and check on their little one . They have parent teacher conferences and many chances to inter act with teachers and staff . My daughter absolutely loves her school , friends and teachers . Very affordable rates and offer subsidies to those that qualify and a very welcomed military discount . Over all a very clean and well ran facility. It feels like a second home for your child than it does a place of just business. They love and care for the children as they are their own . Many staff have their own children in care there as well . We have been attending since June , they have added a few new faces but the staff has pretty much just stayed the same , seems to be very low turn over . My son started around 2.5 years old and is now 4.5 years old. This school has been such a positive influence on his learning and development. We've had Miss Carla as the director for these 2 years and she's so caring and nurturing and you can really tell what a positive influence she has on both the school staff and the children. The staff helped potty train my son all the way to writing his name, reading, doing math, and they put extra effort into meeting his needs and ensuring he has the support he needs. The staff ALWAYS report any incidents no matter how small, and I have never felt like there's been an issue that I didn't know about. And any time we did run into issues (which were not often), his teachers and Miss Carla always prioritized an effective resolution in a timely manner. I have ALWAYS felt like my son is safe and in caring hands at this school. They have an app that I use to communicate with the teachers, they always keep me updated on my sons activities, nutrition, etc. My husband has been deployed multiple times which has been hard on my son, but the staff here always have been empathetic and understanding and supportive of my son during those hard times. Miss Carla treats all the children with unconditional love, and I'm very thankful for the positive influence she's had on our lives. She set the bar so high, I know when we move it's going to be really hard to find another school that will meet our expectations thanks to the high standard that she's set. I would like to state that if you ARE looking for a daycare, I feel this option is fine and probably better than other options. However, we did not need childcare and were not looking for a daycare, we were strictly looking for a PRESCHOOL. I asked about curriculum and schedule and they couldn't tell me much, this was interesting because during the tour they explained that they rotate classrooms and subjects every 30 minutes etc. Hmm. So I started picking my daughter up at different times to see if they were doing any type of activity.... nope. Every time I came, no matter what time, they kids were running around feral. Okay so right about then is when my gut feeling was confirmed and I started to feel taken advantage of. We expressed during our tour that this is a big decision as we've never left our daughter before, hardly even with babysitters even. So I immediately reviewed the contract and found we have to give 30 day notice, not a big deal except we were lied to about the nature of the program, so I put in the request to unenroll and was immediately called by the director. She seemed like this information was a shock. She said this was news to her and that their teachers are supposed to be following a structured curriculum, and she'd be following up with the teacher to resolve the issue. I felt slightly reassured until I started digging. I made a post asking other parents in the area their experience at Creme. Turns out, my experience was quite common. AND multiple teachers have been hired then quit shortly after under the same circumstances. The director basically lying, was just added insult to injury. So I followed up with the director, I requested she wave the 30 day notice due to the school misleading us on the nature of the services that would be provided. She said she was unable to do so. So basically they only care about getting their money from you. They are not a preschool. And the director is fake. I would never recommend this facility as a preschool. As a daycare, sure they're probably fine but that's not what we enrolled for and that's not what we were told the program was. Do not get blinded by the beautiful facility. Quite actually go anywhere but here for a preschool. If I could give them zero stars I would.

This place was brought to my attention for the pool because it's just too hot to play at the park these days. With the weak trail you get one free access to the pool/waterpark but after that it's only $5 for anyone over 4. When I signed up for the week trial I noticed they offer some fitness classes. I decided to try it out! Took a mommy and me yoga class. All in all I think this place has a lot of activities and things to do. And best of all you can try it out before you commit!

Though she was still listening/learning from afar (again their words) They tried to physically force her resulting in major meltdowns. They ended up kicking her out. They made me feel like a failure of a parent and my child wasn't exactly excited to experience school again after that. With the assistance of CCSD and her doctor she was diagnosed with high functioning autism. She's doing great in a general education classroom and still super smart. My point is pick a school that will help your child no matter what the circumstances. This school isn't going to do that.

Here's a more detailed and accurate review. My daughter cried intensely at drop-off and repeatedly said she did not want to attend this preschool. She cried so much that her nose became extremely dry from dried mucus sitting on her nose for long periods during the school day. I filled out a form for them to start applying Aquaphor on her nose. When Id come to get her, her nose was so dry and red that it started to peel. She was only 2. I assumed she'd receive assistance because many toddlers that age still need help wiping their noses.... When I picked her up, the Aquaphor container consistently appeared untouched despite my completing a form authorizing its use. She was in Ms. Becca's class during part of her enrollment. Then they switched her to a different class and I cannot remember the other teachers names. During her time there, she came home with scratches on multiple occasions that were not there before school, and staff told me they did not know how the scratches happened. I asked to see the cameras and was advised that they did not record. She also came home with a bruised eye while attending this preschool. Around this same period, she began wetting the bed, which was unusual for her, and she started saying things that were unexpected and concerning to me as a parent. After wearing a dress for picture day, she said things such as, "Let me see under your pretty little dress." Combined with her extreme distress about attending, I decided to withdraw her after about a month. Looking back, I wish I had paid more attention to the crying. I assumed it was normal because this was her first school experience and thought she would eventually get used to it. After transferring to another preschool, the daily crying stopped and she is now excited to attend school. It is still crazy to me how changing schools made such a difference. This was my family's experience and the reasons I chose to remove my daughter from the program.
