Once the worker walked away, another customer recommended different wipers to me, which I ended up getting. Once I checked out, I asked if they could put the wipers on for me. The worker tried to put them on, but didn't seem to know what he was doing, so he had to ask another worker to come and help him. Once they got to the back wiper, they told me I had bought the incorrect type of wiper, so I needed to return them. So we go inside and the worker didn't know how to do a return either. I understand he may be new, but I would imagine training would include how to process a return. They ended up not having the rear wiper I needed and recommended I go to the Bolingbrook location or they could have it delivered to that store. At that point, I had been there for at least 20 minutes, so I decided to just go home. I just wish I had better assistance.

The service here is good. Everyone was friendly. They were able to remove and replace my car battery. I saw they can also test your battery and check your engine light.

I reported it to corporate, and the district manager Antonia personally apologized and tried to make it right, which she kindly arranged the visit to this Downers Grove store. I had no idea how to change these, but knew I could not leave her car in this condition. I went to Autozone to buy the replacement and was helped by Collin. Collin was very helpful and offered me 3 types of wipers ranging from 20-70 dollars. He could of sold me the most expensive and I would of bought them, but when he knew I was unsure he asked me how much driving my mom does and suggested the middle range one (36 bucks each). I asked him if they were easy to put on and he said yes, but he offered to do it for me. He took off the old ones and put the new ones on and said if you mom needs anything tell her to come here and we will help her out. If its something easy that we can do, we will.
