Walked in and i was helped almost right away. I explained my battery situation and the young man who was taking care of me told me to pull my car up . He was out there in an instant and without delay and got to taking out my old battery while i purchased the new one inside and then brought it out to him and after taking out the old one he installed the new one in a matter of minutes and the job was done. He was super friendly and he answered any questions i had as well. Battery ran me 172$ and it came with a free installation and a 3yr warranty. Personally i had a great experience at this autozone and i will be coming back for any other automotive needs!

The worker tried to put them on, but didn't seem to know what he was doing, so he had to ask another worker to come and help him. Once they got to the back wiper, they told me I had bought the incorrect type of wiper, so I needed to return them. So we go inside and the worker didn't know how to do a return either. I understand he may be new, but I would imagine training would include how to process a return. They ended up not having the rear wiper I needed and recommended I go to the Bolingbrook location or they could have it delivered to that store. At that point, I had been there for at least 20 minutes, so I decided to just go home. I just wish I had better assistance.

I had no idea how to change these, but knew I could not leave her car in this condition. I went to Autozone to buy the replacement and was helped by Collin. Collin was very helpful and offered me 3 types of wipers ranging from 20-70 dollars. He could of sold me the most expensive and I would of bought them, but when he knew I was unsure he asked me how much driving my mom does and suggested the middle range one (36 bucks each). I asked him if they were easy to put on and he said yes, but he offered to do it for me. He took off the old ones and put the new ones on and said if you mom needs anything tell her to come here and we will help her out. If its something easy that we can do, we will. I had to have them order a caliper for my car since it wasn't available at the store. It arrived…read morethe next day and I went a head and installed it on my car. Everything went well till I tried to bleed the system. I couldn't get any fluid or air out of that system. So I took it over to Firestone for when to bleed the system since I taught that it was the ABS module. However they told me that the caliper was defective and it was clogged internally.... Great brand new part that was already defective!!!! Since I had the car already there I figured I would have the fix it for me since it would take O'Reilly's at least a day to get me a new one. Because of this I had to spend an additional $400 because of their incompetence. Also I when I went to return the part I didn't even get an apology. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE THIER PARTS ARE GARBAGE AND ITS JUST GOING TO COST YOU MORE TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!
