This review is strictly for the service department. I called on Saturday to inquire about oil…read morechange prices. The man I spoke to was friendly, cheerful, and extremely helpful. After giving him the year and model of my vehicle, he informed me that I had two different price options due to the turbo: $37.99 or about $68 for synthetic. I went with the cheaper option for now but will go synthetic in the future. He also stated they go by appointment only on Saturdays but they had a cancellation so I was able to get a 10:00 a.m. appointment. After arriving and completing the rebate for my oil change, I took a seat in the waiting room. What a cozy space! A small kitchenette houses a coffee machine and a mini fridge holds bottled water. There are also drink and snack vending machines. There are some toys for the kiddos and a nice flat screen TV with Direct TV. Deep-set leather chairs (four of them) cushion you and are super comfortable. There is also a love seat for additional seating. While waiting, one of the service advisers came into the waiting room and asked those of us waiting if we'd like water or coffee. Even though we were all capable of getting it ourselves, that gesture was a great representation of their level of customer service. My entire stay was about an hour which is what I expected. I wasn't in a hurry and I know from working at dealerships in the past that Saturdays can be quite busy for service departments. Charlie, the assistant service manager, was who I dealt with. He was extremely helpful from start to finish. The other gentleman, I think his name was Eddie, was very helpful, too. Besides the oil change, my car also had a leak somewhere near the transfer case, so I left the ol' girl behind so the necessary repairs could be made while still under warranty. I was given a loaner vehicle to drive while my car was being serviced, which is fun because it's always nice to have a brand new car for a few days. Zoom zoom. The dealership itself is beautiful and all of those sexy, brand new Mazdas were enticing, but I didn't go near the showroom as I wanted to avoid the temptation. I've had my car for six months so I am definitely not in the market for anything any time soon. The hubby is next in line for that and I have no doubt that when we are ready, we will purchase from here. We love our Mazdas and every employee I dealt with here has given me confidence in being lifetime Continental Mazda customers.

When I left the car wash the right passenger side mirror was loose and I could not adjust it. I called Continental Mazda. I was nervous the service rep calmed me down asked questions about the mirror. He asked me to bring it in. I brought it in and they fixed the mirror within 20 minutes. I really appreciate the outstanding service on my last minute notice. Outstanding service.

Checked their hours, found out they opened at seven on Saturday, so I got there a bit before. At seven on the dot, somebody showed up to open. I waited a few minutes to let the guy get set up, turn on the lights etc., before heading inside at about seven fifteen. I was greeted, and when I explained I needed a repair, the man at the counter let me know that the techs didn't arrive until eight. I kind of chuckled and said, "Well good for them!" So I settled into that waiting area. Between the TV, magazines and wi-fi I knew I could stay entertained, and honestly, without an appointment, I was just happy someone was willing to help. I was the only customer in the place, and didn't pay much attention when the counter guy left and went into the shop. There was the sound of activity, and I heard an air wrench, and didn't think much about it. Twenty minutes later, the guy who I found out was named Brian, who I figured for the boss, and who was dressed pretty nicely, came back to the counter and said, "Okay, you are all set ." "What do you mean?" "I took care of it." "Took care of it? You didn't have to do that! I was fine with waiting." "Nah, I wasn't going to make you wait for that." So the boss, who wasn't really dressed to be working in the shop to begin with, took it upon himself to repair my tire so I wouldn't have to wait, and in his mind, be inconvenienced. And it wasn't a big ticket God knows, just a repair. Well that speaks volumes to me about how Brian runs that business, and how he treats customers. It was my first time in there and that is how I was treated! So happy with the service and the ease of getting my tire repaired. And happy to have a tire and repair facility that I know will take care of me when I need something. Would give more stars if I could!
