I never thought I'd lose a battle to a razor blade... but here we are. Driving down Cave Creek Road, minding my business, when suddenly my driver's rear tire decided to collect a full-on razor blade like it was a souvenir. After an hour and a half of struggling with my Toyota RAV4 and questioning all my life choices, I somehow managed to get the spare on and limp my way over to Four Boys Tires. And let me tell you... they were the real MVPs. They quickly took off my sad little spare, patched up my tire, and got everything back in place like nothing ever happened. No stress, no hassle--just a smooth, seamless fix when I needed it most. It's been a few weeks now, and my tire is still holding strong--driving like a charm! After all that chaos, it was such a relief to sit back and let the pros handle it. I had one of my adult children take our car to this tire shop to see if they had a used tire for it, and they didn't, which is fine. They then charged us $120 and put a 15 year old tire on our car. We did not know until another tire shop saw the date after we took it to get another replaced So, if you take your car here, you are going to be sold garbage at the price of new and your tires might just explode on the freeway. I am actually furious at this place, what an absolute embarrassment. I had gone to this place for years before this, but either I was oblivious or they just recently started this sort of con-game. read more

I discovered a machine screw in my tire at 6:00 pm on a Saturday. I called to see if they could help me out. They agreed as long as I could get there by 6:15. I pulled in at 6:15 on the dot. The young man said he'd have me out in 5 minutes. I literally pulled out at 6:19. Charged me $10. So grateful! Thank you! read more

Went yesterday bought 2 tires for $140-used. Tire pressure light comes on next day. I call them ask to fix problem they said come in. When I get there another worker different from yesterday comes out and tries to make things "all better" by telling me for the hassle he'll give me a deal $40 more dollars for brand new tires w warranty. I give him props because I felt like my problem was fixed, but why the extra money for new tires. I felt like I was scammed out of my money. Paying for the same tires!! read more

I was having some problems with my car and when I was driving the car would like jump they took a look at my tires and balanced them after that my car was running smooth. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend these guys ! There's a mechanic that rents a bay there and he fixed my car door for $20 dollars. Now I can open my door from the driver side and use the door handle in the inside of the car to get out, before I had to roll down the window and open it using the outside door handle and to get in I had to get in from the passenger seat haha. I would stay away from this place. I have been there a few times and on the surface they are polite. I bought a used set of Goodyears from them. On the very first time I went on the freeway, I had a blow out. The tire literaly fell apart. I soon found out they did not replace my wheel lock key. I called and was told how it was my fault they did not replace the key. I had to find a ride from off of the freeway to go get my wheel key from them so I could then return to fix the flat off of the highway. I have since had another blow out on the tires they sold me. Two of the four were bad. Save your money and go elsewhere. The service seems to be good, until you have a problem. I was floored when he tried to blame the issues on me. REALLY??? Tireless in Phoenix. They are not honest. Bought four new tires with a 90,000 mile warranty rotated every 6,000 miles as per contract. Brand name and brand new tires. 40,000 miles later they are almost bald. Brought in when started to show wear said they would take care of them. Lied they demanded that I didn't follow there plan and they wanted to charge me for new tires wouldn't replace these that are under warranty still. Called police they said they are there weekly bc they sell terrible tires and always blame the rotating on customers and never do anything about it. So starting off here to warn you next is BBB and bringing them to Court which we will do. Please don't get robbed here. Any good reports for them were prior to tires going bad earlier. read more

Llantera 4 boys is my favorite tire shop in Phoenix. These guys are great. They have good prices and their customer service is second to none. I've brought them several flats and they fixed them quickly for no charge. Today I brought in a flat tire that I hadn't bought there; they fixed it for free anyway. The staff here is fast, friendly and really competent. It's a local business, so give them your trade. They deserve it, and you won't regret it. Highest marks. read more

I went here last Friday for a used tire spent 40 and within that night it started telling me low air pressure. Next morning went to discount had air filled went back to complain about how my tire I bought from them is already low and they replaced one for free stating they missed mine had a slow air leak. A week later same situation on their so called "thoroughly checked out" tire. ANOTHER leak ?!! Waste of money to go here. You guys used to sell reliable used tires...NOT anymore. Warning please read. They have great customer service UNTIL. I purchased 2 new tires from them great warranty so i thought. They accused me of not rotating my tires every 6,000 miles. Which was not true bc i had them rotated there everytime. But they used this as the reason for not upholding the warranty which was suppose to be a manufacturers warranty. No such thing. While i was there someone named Ron P. was there with the exact problem he ended up calling the police. I overheard that he should have done more research bc the police are there several times a week for the same reason great buys but not honoring warranties or roadside problems even it such things were purchased. suggested taking them to court and doing more research on the businesses next time bc there's is a dishonest one and they have been cheating people just noone has followed through. and encouraged him to follow through on this matter. so i am starting here and considering legal action. Please find a different second hand tire shop even for new tires. If your from out of town DONT go here hate for you to be stranded on the road. These guys completely destroyed the finish on my wheel. I went because I'd been recommended because they "don't scratch wheels" and that wasn't the case at all. When I got my wheel back it had scratches all over the lips of the wheel, and had been chipped down to bare aluminum through the powder coat in at least 5 places. The damage was very noticeable. They refused to do anything about it and after arguing with the tech about how he'd just destroyed the finish on my wheel he proceeded to claim that this was normal, and that any tire shop would have done this. When we went inside to talk to the manager he spoke with the manager in spanish, and though I don't speak it, I know what "puto" means. This place is extremely unprofessional. It's probably not a bad place to bring some junk wheels or stock wheels, but if you have anything even slightly nice i'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND finding a different place. Now I have to come out of my pocket to have my entire set refinished because of when these idiots did to my wheels. I see why the guy inside carries a gun on his hip, because he's probably had quite a few close calls after destroying customers wheels.
