The real test for me though was after a repair for my Toyota Avalon. A part that they replaced began to smoke a week after installation. I called up and told them what had happened, and they towed me from 1800 McHenry to their shop, went to Sacramento to get the new part I needed and had me back on the road in 4 hours the same day!! And when a problem arises, you can tell the good from the bad Mechanics just by the way they "handle it!" You know what Best part was? They didn't charge me for labor, parts or anything. I took my van in a few years ago for a 60k…read moretune up, they forgot to refill my transmission, they cracked my oil filter oil heater housing. They were supposed to change it out for an aluminum one, they didn't. I had to take back in because they didn't install it right it leak oil all over the place. I had have the engine power washed to get all of oil out of the engine valley. Now I had to take it to get the manifold replaced because they stripped out the threads when they replaced the oil heater.
