    Salty and just messy

Food was salty, and just to messy. Couldn't eat it took a bite and was done. Service was good, but food wasnt my favorite.

We were able to try this food truck during a CMT Live concert. I don't have really any experience with Venezuelan food so was very excited to try. Friendly and quick service. We ordered a Bomba Arepas to share. Wow the consistency of the plantains were just perfectly cooked. The meat was tender and moist/juicy. It was more bland/plain than I would have wanted flavor-wise. It had some sort of an avocado sauce on it I think, but not much. Not sure if they massed produced or changed or scaled down for this event. Maybe it usually comes with a sauce or maybe the items had to be prepped in a different time or way than usually? Limited menu was presented after looking them up online. They had some of their bowls and empanadas for sale that day as well, which I get it was a very white crowd for the event. I'm very excited to go try more options that are more adventurous in flavor as they have a few locations for food trucks. Only a 3 for now, but we definitely want to try more from this place and will update the review.

Delicious bowl! This was the pork bowl!

I was recently at the mall and decided to grab a bit to eat. I've been here before and remember that the food was pretty decent last time, so I ordered the Four Brothers Arepas with pork (which is gluten free!) The pork and other filling ingredients were incredibly well seasoned and delicious, but I did feel that the outer portion felt a bit too thick and didn't really have a strong flavor. I would have preferred if there was not so much of the outer breading and/or if it had a bit more flavor/seasoning, but overall this was a great treat. I've also had the sweet plantains here (always a fan!) and they were delicious. This is one of my favorite places to eat in the mall and I highly recommend the pork.

Interesting but delicious. I was pleasantly surprised on how filling and good the bowl was. I had the cabbage base option. I would say one of the most filling "healthier" options in the food court. I'd come here again and would highly recommend. I had a friend with me that's gluten free so this was about the only option for here. Ended up being a good thing, as it was better than what someone else got from the Italian place.

Food was good, with excellent service! I wasn't to find of the vibe though, but obviously this location is in a mall so that can't be controlled! But I definitely loved eating here will come again!

Wow! I am getting school stuff at the mall and didn't feel like any of the usual fare. Pizza on one side, Chick-fil-A'l etc. four brothers had no line. Concerned me a little but I decided to try it. I ended up getting the pork bowl with rice and it is DELICIOUS. there's really tender shredded pork, black beans, rice, platanos, avocado, tomato. It's really really good. Maybe the prospect of Venezuelan food scares people away? I have no idea. It really bums me out though that Chick fil A has ten people in line and this place doesn't. Fresh food like this shouldn't be taken for granted.

    Chicken bowl. Soooo good!

I was in a huge rush and had to return something at Nordstrom. Ravenous and with not enough time to wait at the Nordstrom cafe I summoned my inner 80s mall rat and headed to the food court. Lines were long at the usual suspects which I find unappealing . And then I spotted Four Brothers. No one was in line which is a shocker as this spot far exceeds the bland neighbors that appeal to the equally bland masses. Almost everything here is Gluten Free!!! I ordered a bowl with chicken, cabbage, black beans, avocado, and sweet grilled plantains all drizzled with a creamy, tangy garlic sauce. Venezuelan cooking where have you been in my life? The chicken had been braised and then seared to order on the flat grill. Healthy, freshly made and so flavorful in less than 5 minutes!! The place seems owned and operated by a family and the service was so welcoming - skip the lines at the lesser quality franchises and treat yourself to four Brothers! It's like a better, fresher, tastier Chipotle for those that may be timid to try a new cuisine. You'll thank yourself and so will your waistline and wallet, as this hearty bowl had plenty of leftovers and was $11.

My husband ordered their burrito, which came with chips and a cheese dip on the side. Their shrimp was good; nothing special. I did ask to try aleida's sauce, which many people liked on yelp, but we liked their green sauce the most! Overall, very cute and colorful restaurant; loved all the decor. The outdoor patio, where we sat, was covered and nice, until it started pouring hard outside. Not a super authentic latin restaurant. No complimentary chips and salsa. My taco wasn't worth more than $5, tbh, and we paid close to $9..given it was shrimp, but we've had much better shrimp tacos elsewhere for less. I wish I had a photo of my poor taco, but I totally forgot to take a picture :/

It's challenging to replicate the same experience locally, as these restaurants lack access to the fresh, local ingredients that define their unique cuisine. Casa Colombia does a good job replicating a true Colombian dining experience. Their menu is extensive with some very interesting offerings. Scanning the dining room, I noticed that their portions are huge. We started with a shrimp cocktail, an empanada, and their version of a rum - mango martini. The small option for the shrimp cocktail was bountiful and easily shared. The housemade cocktail sauce was a perfect accompaniment. The empanada was a tad dry, but their spicy salsa sauce was a great addition. Our "martini" was sweet but very satisfying on a warm afternoon. We did want to try their ceviche, but they are using tilapia as their fish. Quality Seafood is not too far away, and I'm sure that they could offer a better-tasting white fish than plain ole tilapia. We split one of their house specials, the Bandeja Paisa Tipica. This is a traditional Colombian dish, and it is a meat lover's dream served on an oversized platter. Our platter arrived with a chorizo link, beef sirloin, rice, red beans with pork, a huge fried chicharrón, an arepa, a sweet plantain, a slice of avocado (well, there's the only healthy portion), and a fried egg on top. We struggled to eat about 70% of this feast. It's going to take a few visits to the gym to work off this lunch. Dis & Dat: Parking is a breeze as they have their own parking lot. They do offer a happy hour that begins at 3 PM. A definite 4-plus star experience.

There's also a decent play area that I *assume* kids can play on, though it's off to one side and near some camper vans. Brito's appears to be Venezuelan-Texan food, with a variety of burgers alongside brisket arepas and empanadas. For a weekday, they had a steady stream of customers the whole time I was here, though I didn't have to wait long either. The woman taking orders was so sweet and even ran my card out to me when I accidentally left it in the card reader. I ended up ordering the brisket arepa at the recommendation of a regular customer ahead of me in line. Delicious. They make a good brisket, y'all! The succulent meat fusing with latinx influence of the arepa for a result reminiscent of Valentina's taco truck (RIP). I'm not an arepa expert, but it was delicious, and PACKED with the good stuff. No skimping here. It also comes with a salsa that seemed like an avocado sauce...only thing I would change is for the sauce to be stronger, as it was too subtle for me and I like a kick. Can't wait to come back and try the burgers now that I know they can cook a brisket.
