Amazing arepas here! A bit expensive for the size but was so freaking good. I ordered the steak fajita arepa and a side of tequenos. I should've gotten two arepas! It also took a while to make but you can watch them make it so you know it's freshly made.

Picture this: it's 6PM in Austin -- prime dinner hour, bellies rumbling, the city alive. I stroll up to Four Brothers in the food court, expecting culinary excitement. Instead, the staff looked at me like I had just ordered a seven-course tasting menu at a DMV. "Food? At... this hour?" one seemed to think. I half-expected someone to check if the grill still worked. Ten minutes later (which, in food court time, is roughly the gestation period of a baby sloth), my two beef arepas emerged -- proud, golden, and dense enough to qualify as building materials. I nearly sprained a wrist lifting the first one. I swear it whispered, "I'm 80% cornmeal and I fear nothing." Now, credit where it's due: the pulled beef inside was delicious -- tender, savory, like it had dreams of being in a better vessel. The dipping sauce was the unsung hero: zesty, balanced, and probably wondering how it got stuck in this plotline. In short: if you're craving something edible and enjoy a side of mild confusion, Four Brothers will deliver... eventually. But if you're looking for culinary fireworks? Let's just say this show got rained out. Pro tip: Bring patience. And maybe a chisel to get through the arepa. So four brothers, two stars... half a star per brother.

Delicious!!! The arepas are smallish but two was a good size meal. The plantain dish was also very filling. The très lèches was divine, we just wish they had one of the other menu items, but both days we tried they were out.

Delicious, unique option currently in the Fairgrounds food court downtown. Ordered the Four Brothers Arepas with shredded chicken, which was hearty and bursting with flavor we also ordered the Chicken Avocado Salad Arepas which was incredibly fresh tasting and personally my favorite. The service was pretty slow, about 20 minutes wait for 2 small items. There were a few people in line before us, but all smaller orders too, but at least it was fresh then. Prices are typical for Austin, food was great but truly small portions for the price.

Late night snacks and they were soooo flavorful! Get the steak fajita and Penua areas! You will not be disappointed

Why doesn't this have 5 stars!??? This meal was AMAZING. We got two of the chefs favorite arepas and it was so delicious!! I was a bit skeptical choosing arepas because at the last place I went to they were a little bland, but NOT here! Every bite was FULL OF FLAVOR. - The shredded chicken arepa came with cheese, sweet plantains, avocado sauce & garlic sauce. - The shredded beef "Pabellon" one came with beef, black beans, sweet plantains, queso frito, avocado sauce and garlic sauce. Both phenomenal. So juicy and everything came together perfectly! Love the plantains in them too, my favorite. My only suggestion is I would LOVE if their juices were fresh and I really wanted to try the passion fruit one (until I realized it wasn't fresh). I would go back here in a heartbeat. In fact craving it already! Can't wait to try more of their menu. Location in Fareground is great and they validate parking for 90 mins.

This place is inside a food hall that has other businesses surrounding. I got the chicken avocado salad arepas. It's not actually a salad. It just says that because of the ingredients that are in it. The service is quick and efficient and the ambience is really nice, clean, modern, with the acoustics of a food hall. The chicken avocado salad arepas was pretty good I would get it again. The chicken was shredded and tossed in the avocado, mayo sauce. The slice of avocado definitely helped make it a refreshing bite.

    Just to salty

Wasn't my favorite. The food was so salty I couldn't finish eating it. I really tried to get pass the flavor. Not my favorite, won't be back. Besides being so salty, it was just messy. Way to much sauce dripping all over. And it wasnt enjoyable

I was trying something from each stall at Fareground on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I ordered the Tequenos and enjoyed each bite. They have a great menu, but because I was pretty much trying each stall, I didn't want much. They were delicious and I'd definitely try other things on their menu. The service was great, made to order and the people were great!

Service-Bad Food-okay Ambiance-Place is a food court. Management needs a better system for giving out food. We got text after 20 mins of waiting, only to be told someone else picked up our food! How can someone not know what food they ordered since we ordered three items. We had to wait another 20 mins. There were no apologies from the staff. I would show you food if I had any. I'm still waiting. Too bad, I was looking forward to this place since it sounded unique. Update: don't get the arepa...very dry. Shredded pork was on the salty side; and shredded beef was bland.

I did ask to try aleida's sauce, which many people liked on yelp, but we liked their green sauce the most! Overall, very cute and colorful restaurant; loved all the decor. The outdoor patio, where we sat, was covered and nice, until it started pouring hard outside. Not a super authentic latin restaurant. No complimentary chips and salsa. My taco wasn't worth more than $5, tbh, and we paid close to $9..given it was shrimp, but we've had much better shrimp tacos elsewhere for less. It's challenging to replicate the same experience locally, as these restaurants lack access to the fresh, local ingredients that define their unique cuisine. Casa Colombia does a good job replicating a true Colombian dining experience. Their menu is extensive with some very interesting offerings. Scanning the dining room, I noticed that their portions are huge. We started with a shrimp cocktail, an empanada, and their version of a rum - mango martini. The small option for the shrimp cocktail was bountiful and easily shared. The housemade cocktail sauce was a perfect accompaniment. The empanada was a tad dry, but their spicy salsa sauce was a great addition. Our "martini" was sweet but very satisfying on a warm afternoon. We did want to try their ceviche, but they are using tilapia as their fish. Quality Seafood is not too far away, and I'm sure that they could offer a better-tasting white fish than plain ole tilapia. We split one of their house specials, the Bandeja Paisa Tipica. This is a traditional Colombian dish, and it is a meat lover's dream served on an oversized platter. Our platter arrived with a chorizo link, beef sirloin, rice, red beans with pork, a huge fried chicharrón, an arepa, a sweet plantain, a slice of avocado (well, there's the only healthy portion), and a fried egg on top. We struggled to eat about 70% of this feast. It's going to take a few visits to the gym to work off this lunch. Dis & Dat: Parking is a breeze as they have their own parking lot. They do offer a happy hour that begins at 3 PM. A definite 4-plus star experience.

For a weekday, they had a steady stream of customers the whole time I was here, though I didn't have to wait long either. I ended up ordering the brisket arepa at the recommendation of a regular customer ahead of me in line. Delicious. They make a good brisket, y'all! The succulent meat fusing with latinx influence of the arepa for a result reminiscent of Valentina's taco truck (RIP). I'm not an arepa expert, but it was delicious, and PACKED with the good stuff.
