Like many people, I was hesitant to have it treated here because I had seen what other dental practices charge. I was considering waiting until my next trip overseas to have it reset or replaced. Dr. Cho examined it and was able to save the existing bridge and reset it for a very reasonable fee. Other dentists had recommended replacing it entirely at a much higher cost. Dr. Cho and his entire staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional--from the receptionist to everyone else in the office. The entire procedure was comfortable, and the experience was easy on both my mouth and my wallet. They have an extremely high turnover with pediatric dentists, dental hygienists and office staff. While we were happy with the adult care we received from Dr. Parks, having a constant changeover in other staff affected our quality of care and overall experience. Additionally I had to stay really on top of keeping track of my family's xray schedule, as what was covered by our insurance because staff would attempt to perform X-rays without verifying coverage with our dental insurance. We decided to finally leave the practice after we cancelled an appointment. I had provided 24 hours noticed and was informed to penalize us, for not giving the required 48 hours notice, we would have to pay a scheduling fee each time we made an appointment, for every family member. I wrote an email to Dr. Parks to explain that my youth had pneumonia and I was treated very badly by staff for canceling appointments with 24 hours notice related to her illness. His staff member Denden intercepted the email and refused to forward it to him. After all the years my family had been with the practice it was extremely disappointing to be treated in such a way.

I was charged twice for a bill that I had already paid six months ago. When I tried to explain the situation, the accounting person wouldn't listen and kept insisting I hadn't paid. I eventually found proof of payment through my bank, but there was no apology. Because of this experience, I've lost trust in their accounting system. Make sure to always request and keep your payment receipts each time you pay.
