I had went to the Four corners pop up in Manhattan, and the baked goods were phenomenal. They were South- Asian inspired and absolutely delish. I I know the baked goods were made with love just by how creative, Innovative, and mouth watering they were. Hear me out...kashmiri chai and mango lassi milk cake...let's not even talk about the gulab jamin coffee which wasn't even a dessert. I've tried the baklava cake at a bridal shower.... And it was soft, crunchy, nutty.. everything you would think a baklava cake would taste like. I highly recommend buying from this company considering all the goods are home baked, and it's a small business from queens. You won't be disappointed

The owner accommodated my order with such short notice which was so so kind of her! The cake was so pretty and aesthetically unique that no one wanted to cut it. The florals she used matched my event theme perfectly and brought the whole cake together. Not only did it look good, it tasted even better! I ordered the dark chocolate espresso with brown buttercream and it tasted delicious. I will definitely be placing an order with her again!

Martha's Country Bakery - Brûlée cheesecake and velvet cake

First off I don't want to diminish the popularity of Martha's Country Bakery and their growing…read morefollowers. I was there again today. My experience is STILL relatively the same. The tables are close enough and small enough to hear what your neighbors are saying to each other, imagine what they think of you? LOL I noticed speaker music was playing a bit louder then the last time I was there. The fact that patrons have to shout over each other while sharing speaker music doesn't help with the ambience of enjoying a delicious cake over an interesting conversation. I ordered something new this time, a delicious lava cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Why didn't I see that description on my check? Strange. I also visited their website online, and noticed a lot of Stock Ai made photos and videos. I even found the website hard to navigate as well because it wasn't loaded with actual cakes and up to date pricing. So quite honestly the online website wasn't helpful with what they had in the shop. * Perhaps a future improvement between tables might be an above head moveable divider which actually could provide some privacy. Something I guarantee would be way more inviting than the current seating arrangement. The Review Guru Long Island NY

There are Martha's Country Bakery stores all over NYC, but not all Martha's are created equal…read more This one in Bayside serves one of my favorite winter drinks, the White Hot Chocolate and it is not available at all Martha's locations. It is super sweet and even sweeter with whipped cream. It is unlike any hot chocolate I've ever had. Get it. For dessert, I like the Pineapple Shortcake, which is available at the Forest Hills Martha's, but not in Bayside. I thought I saw it once, but it turned out to be a Lemon Meringue cake. Instead, I'll go for a slice of Apple Pie, Strawberry Shortcake, Blue or Red Velvet cakes or the Oreo Mousse. If you would like to enjoy your cake and coffee in house, there is table service. There are plenty of 2 topper café tables, but if you have a bigger party, they will park a bunch of them together for you, if it's not too busy. If you get here before 8pm, tables are readily available, but it can get crowded as the evening progresses. We were surprised recently, when they sat 6 of us with no wait. They are open before the crack of dawn at 6am until 1am on Friday & Saturday nights. I imagine that the ovens never cool off and the bakers are there on the overnight shift to bake plenty of cakes ready for the next day. It's not unusual to still have a line to order out at 10-11pm and the display cases are still packed with cakes & pies.

Definitely one of the best French Bakery in Queens area or even in NYC!! Everything was good!…read more Location: It is located around the corner of 39th avenue and bell boulevard. The restaurant/bakery is big with lot of seating. Great display of cakes, pastries and breads. Street parking is available. Service: the nicest people. Food: all of their cakes, pastries and breads aew amazing. But two of my favorites are: DUKE: definitely a must! Its chocolate cake with I believe a cookie crust inside. It comes in cubes so definitely easier to share. CRUNCHY: this is the very must!! It's chocolate mouse inside with layers of other chocolates. Plus with nuts on it. It's like a ferrero but bigger! Price rating: 7/10. It was not expensive a good cake. I always buy cake here for special occasions or even if I am craving cakes. Visit this, its worth it!

Known for its aesthetic desserts and pastries, I praise the spot for standout items like "The Crunchy" cake, fruit tarts, and vegan croissant, and the service is good. The bakery features an inviting, rustic-modern design with marble tables and large windows. A great place to sit, chat, or relax with a dessert. My wife and I rave about the fresh, high-quality ingredients used in their pastries. Standouts include their pistachio mille-feuille, fresh fruit tarts, and savory turkey-swiss croissants. They also offer an expanding menu of vegan pastries. Most of the patrons like me enjoy the fast, accommodating service, especially from the dedicated baristas. The coffee and espresso drinks earn good marks for me, with favorites like the caramel macchiato and Nutella hot chocolate. A really good place to enjoy sweets and relax.

But there's a reason there are always customers whenever they're open. The pastries and foods are so original and exciting to try. It seems like the pastries offered change daily or maybe weekly so there's always something new. And the pastries are so beautiful; it's tempting to try everything. The ube cookies are an absolute standout and I've returned for those again. I was excited for the shaved ice, which is available only in the summer. The toppings were amazing, and the ube ice cream was a must have. They offer the ice cream separately too and I highly recommend trying it. But the shaved ice was more like crushed ice to me, and it watered down the other toppings and wasn't super pleasant to chew. The other pastries we tried were amazing. I also grabbed a pack of the free used coffee grounds for my compost and to amend my garden soil. It's a great local gem and I think it's worth it to travel here to try this bakery even just once.

The Fern and Aurora (strawberry matcha) was a nice pick me up! Strawberry compote definitely tasted fresh and homemade - matcha flavor itself wasn't anything to rave about but glad they put enough so it wasn't too milky.
