Beautiful Hello Kitty theme birthday cake for two girls turning 4 and 6 YO.
    Y M.

This small but mighty bake shop not only serves some of the most delicious treats ranging from cupcakes to freshly baked Columbian breads and coffee but they are a force when it comes to custom cakes! I needed a dual cake for my two daughters with birthdays only 4 days apart, the theme was Hello Kitty and with each of the turning a different age I wanted to also ensure the cake felt personal to each of them. Leidylicious personalized each side for the girls based on their favorite colors, added beautiful decorative designs topped with gorgeous flowers that had edible glitter. My girls were over the moon! Not only was it beautiful but it was equal parts delicious and moist.

We ordered 2 custom cakes that came out amazing ! We spoke thru WhatsApp and shared our vision and they were able to make it even better ! Not only were they beautiful but they were also delicious ! They are fairly priced for the beautiful work they put it . We got dulce de leche flavor and Dulce de leche with passion fruit and loved it ! Service was amazing and great communication. We also love to stop in for a macarons and greats iced matcha

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with ordering my custom Snoopy themed cake from Leidylicious. The custom orders coordinator was so detail oriented with my vision and the result was beautiful. The cake exceeded my expectations on aesthetics and taste. My guests took more pictures of the cake than of the 1 year old birthday boy. You can send a picture of your theme and guest count to get a quote prior to ordering. The cost reflects the quality and I highly recommend using Leidylicious for all your cake needs!

Was in the mood for a decadent chocolate cake and stopped here. I got the chocolate mousse cake. It was mediocre at best. The mousse was decent, the cake was dry and crumbly...nothing special.. it looked pretty, the space is pretty... don't get this... they have a variety of macarons made in house.. maybe I'll try those..

Delicious cupcake. Cute place especially if you're a girly girl who loves pink. I hopped inside to grab a coffee and jump on my laptop to send out a file that needed to be sent out immediately and this was the closest place I could find. Great choice. Friendly service, delicious pastries and solid coffee.

I ordered a cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday and it was PERFECT! It was both beautiful and delicious. I also appreciated the friendly customer service and how easy it was to message with Leidylicious staff about the plan for the cake. I will definitely be coming back for my next special occasion cake! I also got a 12 pack of mini-cupcakes for my daughter's day care class and that was also super easy to pre-order and the kids loved them.

I ordered a custom graduation cake, provided a picture of what I wanted and it came out exactly like it! Their artistry is amazing with the fine details on the cake. Got so many compliments on it and they are much more reasonably priced than others offering the same cake. Laura was such a pleasure to work with when ordering and discussing customizations and details. Highly recommended and will use them again for next event!

This cute bakery is located close to the train station and easy to get to. I stopped by here to get cupcakes for a 60th birthday celebration and what better way to do it than with these absolutely gorgeous, beautifully-decorated cupcakes. Truly a masterful presentation. Love the color combos and the branding and place itself lends you happy, vibrant thoughts. Off to a great start! The hardest part was selecting our dozen cupcakes. It seems like the dozen cupcakes is a good value. Cupcakes are a good size with plenty of frosting (which I can do less of). We picked a variety of flavors including celebration, chocolate explosion, cocoloco, rose lychee, grand opening, black and white, cookies and cream, and more. Overall what I liked most about the cupcakes was the cake texture. Fresh, held together well and slightly dense. Not overly sweet unless you eat all the frosting so I look forward to trying their smaller cakes. I'm glad this place opened up because it's been hard to find a more customized bake shop with unique flavor combinations than the general mass produced bakeries. Always good to have options and always happy to support small businesses.

I have been ordering cake from them for past few years for almost all the occasions. They are simply the best interns of taste, design and price. Super reasonable and absolutely detail oriented.

I've been ordering cakes from this amazing bake store for every family birthday since I found them in my neighborhood at the beginning of 2024 and also for for my children's First Communion, and they have never once disappointed us. Each time, the experience has been flawless from start to finish, and I mean it.! Once you enter the store, every detail in their decoration makes you feel inside a fairy tale. The team is absolutely wonderful: warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They listen carefully to every request and go above and beyond to make each item you order feel special and personal. Not only that, but they are also bilingual, something that makes me and my family feel at home because I can communicate in my native language (Spanish.) The cake designs are stunning--elegant, creative, and crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Whether it's a playful birthday theme or a more refined design for a religious celebration, they have always captured the moment perfectly. For the First Communion they even made a special design for the cookies, going above and beyond our expectations. And let's talk about the flavor--truly unique and absolutely delicious. You can choose from a variety of different flavors but we are in love with their signature combination: arequipe and passionfruit blend with a citrus twist; is unforgettable. Cakes are moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet, and most of their decorations are edible. Thank you to the entire team for helping us celebrate so many special occasions with beauty and sweetness. You've become a cherished part of our family traditions, and we're so grateful for everything you do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for show-stopping cakes and five-star service!

There's usually a line of some length during peak hours and especially around the holidays. You can tell by the sheer volume of baked goods and cakes available in their window displays that they sell a lot daily. This location is on the main drag of the little downtown section of Forest Hills, the baked goods in the front window display connect to a tall and long glass counter along the left side of the store that extends almost to the back. At the back middle and along the right side of the wall there's seating for about two dozen people at small cafe tables. They carry an assortment of traditional cakes (full and sliced), pies, cookies, pastries, cheesecakes, cupcakes, ice cream and coffee/tea drinks. A wide variety of flavors in each, so you're bound to find something sweet to satisfy most here. They are a classic bakery so from what I can tell, they don't carry items that are gluten, dairy or nut free. I've purchased their apple pie, fruit tart, berry napoleon, red velvet and chocolate fudge cakes from this or other locations in the past and they're all solid choices for desserts to share with a larger group, though I find a lot of their cake options to be on the richer side. My most recent encounter with their cakes came in the form of a slice of their seven layer cake $9.95 which is thin layers of yellow cake alternating with chocolate cream mmm pretty tasty, and their caramel cake $9.95 which had a layer of chocolate cake in the middle, sandwiched by caramel cream and white cake on either side. The latter had a pronounced caramel flavor that was enjoyable though a bit too much cream for me. My preference would be for their chocolate cakes over other cake flavors here. It's absolutely amazing, and the filling is very generous--it feels like heaven in every bite. Another favorite of mine is the chocolate layer cake: rich, velvety smooth chocolate that isn't overly sweet. The only thing I don't agree with is that they do not clearly tell customers that dining in adds an extra $1 charge to each item. Yes, check your receipt. I'm expected to tip my waitstaff and also pay an extra dollar per item just because I chose to dine in. For example, the cupcake is usually $4.75 to go, but they charged me an extra $1 for dining in. Their cake slices are usually $9.50 to go, but I was charged $10.50. I also tipped 20%, so the added charge felt frustrating, especially since there was no clear notice. When I asked the waitstaff about the $1 charge, she said it was entered that way because I dined in. When I later called about it, the manager simply said, "Next time, just order to go if you don't want to be charged extra." That response was disappointing, especially since there was no visible sign explaining this policy, and their dine-in menu does not show separate pricing. I really think management should fix this to avoid misleading customers. Transparency matters. Don't get me wrong--I would still come back because their cakes are amazing, but from now on, I'll always order everything to go.

Another one I really enjoy is the Blueberry Cardamom Escargo, which has absolutely delicious cream cheese frosting mixed with wild blueberry jam and that nice hint of cardamom. Very moist. The Chocolate Chunk Cookie is pretty good too. Plenty of chocolate chunks with a hit of salt. However, their popular Pain Au Chocolate is not the best I have had.
