In September 2025, I brought my 2015 Mercedes-Benz S63 to The Wrap Lab for a complete unwrapping and re-wrapping service. I met with Igor, who inspected the car and assured me the work would be handled properly and professionally. The vehicle was in excellent condition when I dropped it off. A few days later, Igor informed me that paint had come off during the unwrapping process and instructed me to have it repaired before they could continue. After the repairs were completed, the wrap job was finished but when I picked up the car, the results were extremely poor. The wrap had bubbles, wrinkles, uneven seams, peeling edges, and visible tape residue across multiple areas. The car was also returned dirty, with a broken passenger door handle and new scratches that were not there before. When I reached out to Igor about these issues, he told me this was "the best he could do." That response, along with the quality of the work, was completely unacceptable for any professional business. The wrap continues to deteriorate daily, and now I have to pay another company to redo the job properly. This has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I've ever had with a car service. I expected professionalism, quality, and accountability unfortunately, I received none of those here. Please see photos, these were taken the day after I picked up my vehicle.
