The house came with a home warranty. When the unit broke, the home warranty company wouldn't let me fix it myself. I wouldn't get reimbursed for anything if I worked on it. More importantly, he had the same philosophies that I have as a manager. I was happy to see that translate through the work of his technicians, specifically Mario (pictured). He performed a textbook TXV replacement. He used the manufacturer's recommended procedures, top of the line tools, and exhibited solid industry knowledge. Also all the outlets in our kitchen were shorted out but now they're up and running and looking great. They also installed an outside outlet and did some work on our circuitboard. The pump was replaced in the Texas freeze of 2021 by another well company. And we have had issues with trying to decide what was the main issue. D'Spain was highly recommended by my neighbor who use them for a constant pressure pump and a deeper well head drop. Then another recommendation by my water softener company, BioTec, Parker. D'Spain promptly sent out Garrett, technician and he worked on the well and adjusted the increased the timing and said that would in one hour to re-test the adjustments. He was very informative and very knowledgeable on the well system. He did increase our output, and explained in language that we could understand. If we do decide to drill the well deeper most definitely use Chris D'Spain Well services! Great job D'Spain on the hire of this young man.
