The best, most accommodating, and gentle vet clinic I've ever been to. The front staff is welcoming and often puts me in a room immediately, which means so much to me as an owner of a reactive dog. The rooms are comfortable and there are blankets available so my dog wasn't laying on the cold floor. The vet and techs are extremely gentle. I so appreciated how much they explained to me what they were doing, and different treatment plans to choose from. One of my dogs recently had a blockage at the same time as a poisoning. It was a very stressful time, but I'm so grateful that I was at the best vet clinic possible. The entire staff, techs, and Dr Denney were so sweet and helpful the entire time. They always let me know my options, we're so gentle with my dog, and remembering my dog by name! I will forever recommend Four Paws. Dr Denney and her team were so amazing and helpful with my rescue cat, Karl. They were knowledgeable, patient, and kind- he was scared to be in a new place as he was recently rescued. They kept me updated throughout the day on his neuter and recovery after surgery. Dr Denney explained his treatment for fleas and worms thoroughly and answered all the questions I had with care and detail. I cannot recommend this veterinary clinic enough! This place is an absolute scam. Dr Denni lied to me and said my cat was dying and needed aggressive expensive surgery at a near by hospital (I suspect she might be a partner at) or to put her down right then and there. Not mentioning that another vet could do it in house for 1/8th the price. She lied and said my cat was dying when in fact she was not dying at all and needed a simple IV bag overnight a service Dr Dennie doesn't provide. Tried calling to book an appointment for 2 dogs to be spayed. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A PRICE..Saying they don't give ballpark prices over the phone.."SAY WHAT!!!" I am the owner of a small dog that was aggressed by a much larger dog in an unfortunate incident. Dr. Denney "dropped everything" to attend to my Leia. She needed immediate surgery to save her life, and thanks to Dr. Denney, and her wonderful staff, she is now alive and well! AWFUL service! Took our new puppy in for vaccinations. Made it clear we need his vaccinations to board him at the end of the month at a local boarding facility. Took vet records to boarding facility and they said he was missing his flu vaccine. This is a COMMON vaccination for reputable boarding facilities!!! I called 4 Paws and ask them to save the fee for the technician visit and only charge me for the missing vaccine because although it was made clear at our visit he needed everything to board within the month they at no point in time suggested or asked if this common vaccine was needed. They refuse to wave the now TWO additional technician office fees and argue there are thousands of possible required vaccines that a dog would need to board so it's not their fault. I simply Googled Required vaccinations for dogs after my call to their office and flu vaccine is the 5th bullet point that "reputable boarding facilities" would require. If 4 Paws can't make professional suggestions or ask the question on something as simple as a flu vaccine and then want to nickel and dime their clients for not being as savvy in the pet medicine industry as they should be I would not trust this veterinary office and team to correctly identify or prescribe a medical plan for a more serious issue. HORRIBLE and argumentative customer service! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Dr. Denney and her staff are absolutely great. One of my dogs was injured and needed some minor surgery, we were seen 10 minutes after my phone call. We were not existing patients, having just moved to the area last month. In addition to the Dr. and her staff being very kind and accommodating to myself and dog, the facilities are very, very nice. The exam rooms feel like Living Rooms which cuts down on stress all around. I'll be bringing my other two dogs in this week and we will be using Four Paws from here on out. read more

Great Vet and Staff. Super accommodating, loving, Caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Denny and her staff really helped me with my fur baby. I was going to move my dogs over from my current vet when they were due for check ups. Sickness sent me in early when my current vet office was not open. I showed up without an appointment and was seen right away. The office is beautiful and I loved the fact that there was a couch that my dog could relax on next to me in the treatment room. I appreciated the constant updates and explanations given by the doctor and her staff. They made me feel confident that she was getting good care and loved on her like she was their own. 5 star rating for the whole office read more

Dr Denney and her staff are the most caring, thoughtful staff I have ever met. Our dog had seizures and after doing literally everything she could, we had to put our sweet boy down. They were so respectful of our last little bit of time and our goodbyes with him. They escorted us in and made sure no one saw us walking down the hall crying. They gave us as much as time as we wanted to say our goodbyes. Let us love on our sweet boy while he passed. And then let us have some time after to grieve. They never rushed us. When we were ready to go, she made sure, again, that the hallways were clear when we walked out. She assured us (without even asking) Denver wouldn't be alone and had a staff member step in the room until they could get him to the back. After all of this, they sent us the sweetest card with flower seeds to plant and remember him. The entire staff signed with their condolences.
