Leanne called me back to say Dr. Euers would work him in if I was willing to wait, but if his urethra was blocked, we would need to go to the urgent care vet. We immediately got in the car because I trust Dr. Euers and she treated us so well on prior visits. My kitty was not blocked, able to get stronger pain medicine, and his urine was thoroughly tested. I'm was so thankful she and her team went above and beyond to help us! I highly recommend her practice. The care is excellent and her fees are very reasonable.

I have a 3 yr old lab so not too many issues. I then took my fiancés 17 yr old Shih Tzu and he has some issues - he's old. Dr. Baird was with us for over 30 minutes going over each of our concerns. We both felt she was truly doing what was best for him at the time. And last, cost. Don't tell her but the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend FAH and Dr. Baird to anyone.

Dr. Melody Palmer was very pleasant to chat with and said that I impressed her with my hedgehog husbandry knowledge (I then heard her go to the back and tell the vet techs back there that I knew my stuff, THEN go to the front and say the same thing- MAJOR EGO BOOST. This appointment was months ago at this point and I'm STILL preening from the compliment.) She made sure I knew everything I needed to know and was more than willing to give in depth explanations if needed. Everybody there was really friendly and since my Delilah was very curious and well behaved the appointment went by very very quickly. I did not wait long at all to begin even though I was 20 minutes early. Sadly one of our beloved pets had reached the point where their pain was incurable. When we mentioned these concerns and showed videos of the episodes he was having multiple times it was brushed off with no concern even after telling the doctor it has gotten worse. We trusted them and tried to let it go, but I felt like something was wrong. I called, texted, and emailed multiple times with concerns and was told I would get a vet to call me back each time with no call for three days straight. I finally got fed up today and decided to go back to CAP and have him evaluated where they immediately diagnosed a URI and provided the proper medications. I am VERY disappointed with the lack of communication, understanding, and professionalism here. I have worked with animals, shelter and vet settings, so I understand how common URI's are, but if someone else just let it go thinking it were normal not knowing better who knows if their pet should be okay. I am writing this in hopes that the doctors will strive to listen to their patients better without dismissing their concerns. The front desk and vet techs were amazing. Super kind and very communicative. I'm not super happy with the $70 fee for a fecal, but with a free first exam I can't complain too much about that. Please do yourself a favor and be mindful of where you bring your new or sick pet. I'm incredibly disappointed.

No, Friendship is not the cheapest hospital out there, but even though my funds are limited I know I get the highest value for every dollar. One year later Nutmeg is still sleeping next to me every night and going for walks around the block. You can't put a price on that.
