They have accommodations for dogs of all sizes. They have some farm animals that our dog Elvis loves it there. Donna sends me an update and pictures of my furbaby everytime he is there. That gives me and my husband peace of mind. As I have to go to Cleveland Ohio mayo clinic in Cleveland so having to deal with health issues is enough worry. Donna makes my worry much less about my furbaby Elvis.! Donna and your partner thank you, you are both the best and Elvis loves coming to you's. The kennels are immaculate as well as the outside space for running and exercise. The dogs are treated to wonderful play areas both inside and out. In the summer, there are tented areas for the dogs so they can rest in the shade as well as wading pools in order to cool down. There is also a caterpillar tunnel for dogs to play in and remain amused. The owner, Christine, loves dogs and is very astute as to where each dog should board. She matches the dogs up to age and size. Each space has its own elevated dog bed and is extremely clean. Also, the cost per day is reasonable. I would higly recommend Country Estate Boarding Kennels to any dog owner.

Her primary vet would be closed for another three hours so we called Countryside who were open. Arrived around 8am and didn't wait more than 5 minutes before Dr. Pauly brought us in even though we did not have an appointment. He was extremely friendly, one of the friendliest vets we have ever met, and clearly knowledgeable on what was going on with her. Dr. Pauly made Gemma feel at ease, not rushing the examination and really took his time to explain her diagnosis to us as well as preventatives, how to administer her eyedrops, and what may have caused it. We felt overwhelmingly comfortable with him in the room and it was abundantly clear that he takes great care in what he does. Before our visit concluded, he even answered a few questions we had relating to our cats and their food. Will definitely keep Lowville Countryside as our plan B in case we need immediate attention again. Thank you for treating our baby and making her feel better!

Open moving to the area the year and a half ago, we had a brief but positive experience with this practice and our young cat James. We have not needed their services since. However, just recently, in an emergency situation with a suffering animal in a crate, I was berated and belittled by the front office staff for bringing an animal - a patient of theirs - in without an appointment following a wild animal attack over the weekend. In spite of the fact that we had emailed ahead, and that she had read that email, I cannot adequately express the level of dismissiveness and rudeness, the lack of compassion and unprofessional demeanor of this person. While we understand that there are limitations in a busy practice, especially in emergencies, and that we may have had to wait to be served, it is shocking to me that anyone in that situation could've acted so heartlessly. We will not continue to be clients of this practice, nor would we recommend it to anyone else.
