Great experience with Hasan. He responded promptly to my quote request on Yelp, gave me an estimated price through the photos I sent, and was here promptly when we had scheduled. I asked for 9am - he was here exactly at 9am. My shower faucet had been leaking for months to the point it was a full flow by the time I called Hasan, I have just been out of work and wasn't ready to spend the money. The price he quoted me for the work and the part seemed very reasonable and fair. He got the job done in less than an hour, including running to the plumbing supply store to get the part that needed replacing (after he inspected my shower). Hired for replacing shower cartridge. He broke inside trims instead of properly removing it just to save his time. He forgot to install two plates and said it is ok because doesn't do anything. He was disorganized and ended up putting an old part again even when there was a new part ready. Of course this did not fix the problem and he blamed the building water system for the issue. I reported to my apartment and the apt hired a plumber only to discover Four Season Piping & Mechanical did not replaced the cartridge and put the old part in the shower body. Not only he broke some of the parts and did not do what he is paid for, he directed to a wrong place for the cause which made me waste so much time money. And of course he refuses to refund. My MOM has had a leaking pipe in the basement and called different plumbers. I expressed my struggles with trying to find a reliable plumber to fix a simple issue yet Hassan still took advantage. He charged $2,475 to change a leaky pipe. Pipe still leaks, he then sprayed foam where it was leaking, sprayed foam on near by pipes and all over my wall. He left all his garbage, blocked the sink then had the audacity to tell us he wanted $3,700 to fix the issue he caused/the original problem he never fixed. When my husband saw the spray foam he lost it. He does instillation for a career, Hassan unbeknownst to this information tried to feed my husband a lie about the horrible messy job. When my husband called him out on the lie he "apologized" by saying he will tell his guys not to do that... what guys?! It was Hassan !!! He never called to follow up on his work and now I have contracted another plumber to fix his/the original issue. It is incredibly embarrassing to explain to a professional that another "professional" is behind the shit job. I leave this review to warn anyone... most of his reviews are about boilers... if you have a real plumbing issue w pipes he will steal your money and cause more damage!!!! Four Seasons was by far the most expensive out of 5 quotes I received. A 15-minute job shouldn't cost so much and in a downed economy it's sad to see tradesmen price gouging like this. I have used Four Season multiple times and have been very happy with their service. Hassan has responded quickly every time, including last week after our basement completely flooded due to Hurricane Ida when he was extremely busy. Instead of simply replacing everything which would be costly, he managed to fix our boiler which was previously flooded and did everything to salvage our hot water heater (which was old) before eventually replacing on the spot. Hassan is truly a gem. After an incredibly frustrating morning of being blown off by one other plumber, and getting lackluster responses from a few others, I called Hassan and he was at my door within 20 minutes of speaking! I'm sure he is not able to do this all the time when he has other appointments, but after a few months of dealing with faulty heating, it was a lifesaver to get someone out quickly before the weekend's big storms. He was quick and efficient and very knowledgeable. I was envisioning big repairs, but he let me know there were some simple fixes at hand. He bled the radiators, was able to replace some bad air valves, checked out the boiler to make sure there were no bigger issues, and agreed to come back next week when he has more time to fix some bad pipes. When I went to turn on my outside water spigot to attach my garden hose for Spring watering and connecting a garden hose, I discovered there was a crack in the pipe. Water was spraying out of a seam in the pipe instead of filling up the garden hose. I sent out requests for quotes and Hassan responded within minutes. I took a short video of the water spraying out of the pipe and sent it to him. Within a few text messages, we agreed on a price. He showed up the next morning, right on time and fixed the problem efficiently. He was very professional. He also showed me the correct way to shut the water off in the Fall so that my pipe does not burst over the winter. My kitchen faucet handle decided to break off on the New Year's Day. Our building's management office couldn't help, so, I did a search on Yelp. (Thank you, Yelp!!) Hassan replied back to my estimate request immediately. He offered to purchase a new faucet that's similar to my current/old one and to bring a receipt for it.
