He told me that "I was lucky it had any basil on it at all because they didn't have any!!!" What?! Shame on you! I explained that was very rude to tell me that and as a business owner, he should have better customer service and either explain that they ran out of basil, instead of leading customers to believe they are getting what they ordered. I further explained that he could've ran to one of the several nearby grocery stores and bought some! First and last time my extended family will frequent this place of business!
