Paul came out to inspect a house I was looking to buy. It had rained hard for several days so this was a good time to check for any leaks. He was very thorough and pointed out all the leaks he found. He showed me how the foundation had shifted, causing the windows to be misaligned. Termite damage was also found. I'm glad he was out there to look out for me as a potential buyer. He had called the selling agent about the AC unit so he could check it and she said she was sending a tech out to put in more freon. Well, after talking to the tech, Paul found out that it actually needed to be replaced and that there were burnt wires.
