Mr. Graham came into my house to inspect since I am selling it, I assume the realtor referred him…read more I have a beautiful dog at home and decided to lock him in his kennel outside to make Mr. Graham's job a little easier to move around. I sent a relative to take him out of his cage so that he would not be locked up after 10:00 AM because it starts getting real hot, the high for 8/20/13 was 95 degrees. When I got home I noticed that my dog was locked up, I called my relative to make sure they took him out and they did and made sure he was ok. My relative DID advise me that the inspector was still there. When I got home at 6:00 PM my dog was still in his kennel, I called my relative and they told me that he in fact was out when they left my house. I was furious that my dog had been locked up in a kennel all day on a HOT summer's day, I called Mr. Graham and let him know what he did and he tried to blame ME for what he did. He stated that my dog was jumping on the realtor and buyers, I said it was ok to lock him up but it was his responsibility to let him back out when he left my house. I told him it could've been VERY BAD if my dog died. He told me that my dog did not have any water and that HE was the one who filled it up his water bowl, which is a complete and utter lie because my relative filled his bowl at 10:00 AM. He is a liar and very unprofessional. He hung up on me and didn't even apologize. I hope with my story it will shed light on his business practices.
