Trail walking dogs,etc. The woman that "helped" her questioned everything about my daughters wants. In judgement style. Continuosly kept bringing out womans hiking shoes size 11 till my daughters husband finally looked at her and sternly told her to put them back, that they wont fit her. The woman questioned why she would be looking at the mens shoes. Obviously she looks in the mens department because of her size. I worked at a shoe store. Had i ever spoke to a customer the way this woman did, i wouldve been fired. My daughter has had a hard enough time her whole life with shoes.... so for a sales rep to be that judgemental and cruel and not want to listen to her needs and wants extremely angers me.

I was greeted and asked if i could be helped. I was escorted to the shoes I was looking for and saw the List price on the box. I just wanted to confirm that they were on sale and was told "no, but we have a BOGO sale going on". I certainly did not need to pairs of $165 running shoes. I tried the shoes on and they fit perfectly. I took them to the checkout and showed the clerk the ad on their website clearly sating that the shoes were on sale for $131.99. I was told " we don't honor that, you can only get the BOGO deal". I said... " but it's your price on your website". I didn't matter. I left the store without the shoes.
