The woman questioned why she would be looking at the mens shoes. Obviously she looks in the mens department because of her size. I worked at a shoe store. Had i ever spoke to a customer the way this woman did, i wouldve been fired. My daughter has had a hard enough time her whole life with shoes.... so for a sales rep to be that judgemental and cruel and not want to listen to her needs and wants extremely angers me.

I tried the shoes on and they fit perfectly. I took them to the checkout and showed the clerk the ad on their website clearly sating that the shoes were on sale for $131.99. I was told " we don't honor that, you can only get the BOGO deal". I said... " but it's your price on your website". I didn't matter. I left the store without the shoes.
