I thought about it for a second. I only needed one battery. But if I would ever need a second, it makes sense to get the lifetime battery instead of paying for two at $11.99 each. So I chose the lifetime battery. The associate took my fob into the back room to change my battery. I blinked, and she was back! Seriously, it only took about 30 seconds to change out my battery. It, surprisingly, took longer to ring me up than it took for the actual service. I can definitely recommend this place. Fair prices, friendly service and super fast.

Imagine my disappointment the next day when I received an email that my order was cancelled and to call the store. No explanation, no apology. Ended up finding another place to install the battery and after several days of not receiving any notification about my initial order, I stopped in today. The woman there was friendly and efficient and confirmed that both orders were canceled as they didn't have a person to install the battery on the day I wanted.
