I was able to make an appointment within a week and was looking forward to finishing off with a tonneau the 2019 Honda Ridgeline I had just purchased. The appointment for installation took twice as long as promised. The problem was not with the technicians, but that the tonneau did not fit properly where it would snap down. They tried everything to get it to fit, but to no avail. They showed me where you had to smack down the ends just to get it to close. They could have just thrown up their hands and sent me on my way, but Doug and his assistant didn't. Instead, they explained the issue to me and said they will take measurements and photos and get in touch with the manufacturer of the Truxedo cover. In the meantime, they left the one in place. It was only a week later that I received a call that a new tonneau had been received and ready to install. Fortunately, a slot was open that morning, and I brought my truck back. 45 minutes later, the new tonneau was in place and operating smoothly. Kastille was happy to show me how to operate it, as this was my first truck. I am totally impressed with the professionalism of Truck Outfitters in West Bend. Like a fine men's clothier, Doug was not satisfied until the fit on my truck was perfect and until I was satisfied. 5 STARS!

One thing that I enjoy about the yard is that compared to others in the vicinity, they offer newer model vehicles to get parts from. I can normally find the parts that I need and the vehicles are pretty organized as far as make and foreign vs domestic, etc. My only displeasure with Wally's as a whole is their prices are pretty high and they really don't have any wiggle room when it comes to negotiating prices like some other yards. I know that on some parts they have to ask a certain price to make a profit but I feel like their prices could be a little better. Overall their customer service is good and the selection is good so I will continue to frequent this yard when I need auto parts for later model vehicles.

This particular location was well organized and tidy. From what I know and have experience with my car, most AutoZone parts come with a decent warranty. Some parts have a lifetime guaranty. Their prices are competitive and they have a good return policy as well. AutoZone is generally a one-stop shop for car necessities.

She looked like she literally was going to fall asleep. As I approached the counter, she mumbled something. Yes, her face was still in her hand. I told her the year, make and model of my vehicle and I needed a serpentine belt and I was pleasant as always. She then asked me what year was the vehicle with as much enthusiasm as a carrot. I repeated myself. I need to say I am over half deaf and I speak loud and clearly. She then asked me what model it was. I told her "nevermind" and walked out since she was doing me a massive favor by waiting on me and I didn't want to tire her out more. Boxlink was tough. Had to partially install the boxlink, lock them in place then torque down the screws into the threads. It's in there now at least! Pretty sure this is going to last longer than the truck I'm in and I'm kind of amazed you guys haven't used excess material from your process to make fender covers or even splash guards. I handed the associate my keys, explaining I needed a new battery in my key fob. She asked, "Would you like a one-time battery for $11.99, or a lifetime battery for $19.99?" I thought about it for a second. I only needed one battery. But if I would ever need a second, it makes sense to get the lifetime battery instead of paying for two at $11.99 each. So I chose the lifetime battery. The associate took my fob into the back room to change my battery. I blinked, and she was back! Seriously, it only took about 30 seconds to change out my battery. It, surprisingly, took longer to ring me up than it took for the actual service. I can definitely recommend this place. Fair prices, friendly service and super fast.
