I've had tinted windows done here before, but this last time proved to be the worst. Quoted one time, and the time doubled with zero explanation. All it would have taken was a little heads up. But nothing. Customer service was crap. Definitely wouldn't recommend it. read more

I called and was quoted a price of 549.00 for spray in bed liner for a ford maverick. when I picked up the truck I was charged 60dollars to remove and put back on a toneau cover. I was never told of the charge I was provided the invoice when I returned to pickup the truck. shady business practice, I will not be returning. read more

Truck Outffiters installed a bed rail on my 2018 Ford F-150. Several weeks later the screws holding the left rear of the rail fell into the inside of the truck sheet metal. I took it back and asked them to refasten the rail. The owner said they would but I would need to pay for labor. I said that is not right as the screws were obviously not torqued properly. Owner said they were but fell out because of truck vibration. If this explanation were even remotely plausible, why then not secure the threads with Loctite? Anyway paid for the labor and had it re-secured. Today the rail just came completely apart. I will take it to Schmit Bros. in Saukville where I should have had the work done in the first place. Everyone asks me where I got my bed liner done. I say, "Truck Outfitters in West Bend". They always say, "Well I definitely know where I won't be taking my truck". My truck is their rolling advertisement and their workmanship. The bed liner only took them 4 tries to get it somewhat right. A 4-hour job turned into a multi week experience. Gun broke on the initial spray. I was told it would be stripped and resprayed. It was not stripped. They did what was "recommended" by putting a solution on the tacy mess from the original spray and two weeks later it was literally peeling off. Took it back in to get stripped and resprayed, and when it came out, they sprayed over chunks they couldn't remove, and the bed had overspray chunks sticking up all over it that hardened. They said they would strip it and do it again the right way. They didn't strip it, instead they sanded down whatever they could and sprayed another layer on top of it. They rarely updated me. I always had to request an update. Every time I walked in, I got the F-U attitude from the sales staff. One of them even made it a point to say something about the review on a local FB page I left. I said if you did your job right the first two times and had a better attitude then I wouldn't have said anything. The 3rd spray took longer than the quoted time. While waiting for the 3rd spray to be finished, they didn't even stay to make sure it was done correctly. You would think they would be watching it like a hawk after the first two screw ups to be sure it was done right. Nope. On top of this, they pulled the wires to my backup camera telling me for $30 they would be able hook it back up. After the second spray, they told me they refused to touch it because the wires were stripped too close to 8 pin connector and they didn't want to pay for a new connector. They had no problem ripping it out and telling me they could reconnect it. They told me they sealed the wires back up, but they didn't upon inspection when I got home. I spent 10 minutes with a solder gun, heat shrink and everything is rewired and works just fine. I guess they didn't want to mess things up more than they already did. A pictures worth a thousand words. So the ones I attached include spray 2 when it was peeling and then post spray 3 with all the bubbles underneath and 4th and final spray where I said I'm don't going back in unless it peels off or scratches. read more

just restored my 99 Silverado , needed bed liner so truck outfitters was recommended . liner looks great, but they sprayed ,or dripped some of product on the box side. Well it dried and they tried to remove it ,took the paint off. Never offered to fix or adjust price. pretty much F-U and pay up. They told me it was the body shops fault for shit paint job. Jerk didn't know what to say when the body man was me. All he offered was a clear coat pen. I'll never go back . make sure you take pics and document if you do business. . read more

This place has the worst customer service. Dont go here, we bought a cap for a f150 and had to bring it back multiple times due to wrong window on cap, and leaking in the bed and now they have our money and our cap and we have nothing. At this point I want our money back. read more

If you are looking for good customer service, and a company that lets you know what's going on with your truck, go somewhere else. And if you are looking for skilled/decent window tint, DEFINATELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! They had my truck two weeks total, messed up the tint 4 times (that I know of) and still thought each time it was acceptable to send out. Eventually after them having it for a full week and no calls on an update, I called only to find out they haven't fit me into their schedule yet. Figure it out Truck Outfitters!! read more

We've had aftermarket accessories installed by Truck Outfitters, for multiple trucks. These included cruise control, a trunk latch, a bed mat and side mirror extenders. Every time, the products are thoroughly explained, expertly installed, and worked flawlessly. We had purchased a base model truck that didn't have intermittent wipers; they suggested we install it ourselves and save some money. It WAS easy to do. I have products on order with them as I type this review, and we'll continue to trust them for any vehicle add-ons moving forward. read more
