Without a doubt my favorite sports bar in the area. Been a here a few times for pizza, beer and football and it's always been great pizza and fantastic time. Not much more to say than that. Since certain things aren't being reiterated, let me give you an insight on this restaurant. It has over 28 large tvs to watch any sort of sports game being played, over 30 items from apps-dinner-deserts, the drink menu has over 15 items( specialty). When the tab hits $100, after 9pm, or 5 or more people within your party there is 18% gratuity added to the bill. The service is great. Friendly wait staff, an a comfortable environment for the full family. There is a private dining room open for bigger parties to reserve, or for over flow on a busy night. read more

It is illegal to charge a surcharge on a debit card. (Frank Dodd act and read the rules on the Visa / Mastercard website) Yet they charge the surcharge. If you are going to add a surcharge for a credit card it is supposed to be posted, but it is not. Then the manager gets an attitude about it. Now they are closed for "electrical wiring". Look up their inspection report. read more

Great food & homemade ranch. Half off pizza with 2 toppings, dine in on Sunday's & Tuesdays is great. However if you do a pizza with 2 toppings you cannot do a half and half pizza; they'll charge you extra per topping. So if you get bacon & pepperoni on one half and sausage and mushroom on the other you're charged for 4 toppings. This is not typical for anywhere that serves pizza- nor does the menu indicate this, nor did our waitress tell us. So we were pretty irritated when we got the bill. Also I really hate the credit card fee. Don't make your customers pay for you to operate your business. Ridiculous. Also think their passive aggressive menu message is off putting "NO FOOD OR DRINK EXCHANGES." Okay cool, so if something comes out screwed up, I'm screwed? Very sad that restaurant owners have not figured out that they are destined to be BUSY after we have spent the last few months being banned dining in. Wife and I have had a few friends tell us about this restaurant today and unfortunately this review will have to be updated at a later date. The restaurant was packed. We saw no evidence of any host stand or greeter as we patiently awaited being approached to be seated at the only available table . After a 5 minute wait, we decided to walk over and just sit down at that table and wait for someone to notice. NOPE too late some other person walked in the back door and walked over and sat down at that table. We laughed and took this as an ominous sign that we were not destined to eat here today . At NO time during our 7 minute visit did any of the very few team members working (we saw only 2 wait staff and the place was packed) notice or greet us in any small fashion... This is totally unacceptable. I mean how about an OLD Fashion sign that says SEAT YOURSELF....... We probably would have settled in and watched some golf or basketball and waited our turn .. There are way too many places in the area working overtime in order to gain our business and by the looks of this place today they are not too concerned about NEW business as they weren't doing a very good job of taking care of the antsy customers who were there. Such a pity I have to change my rating based on owner policies. Food is generally good, service also, but why is there such an emphasis on nickeling and dining customers? Extra charge for credit card use? At least it's announced in advanced. Extra charge for extra sauces? Sounds fair, but why do I pay extra for a side of ranch if I substituted it for sour cream or marinara? I had my server check with management just to be sure that's what the owner insisted on doing, and sure enough. The manager asked "so, you seriously would consider not coming back over Ranch?" Came here for a dinner with friends and have been here before. Server was terrible!!! Too busy to wait on us but can talk to the next drunk ass at the bar. When asked about our order we were told it is busy however it was not busy at all. On top we were given an automatic gratuity for a party of 2 at 18%. I've worked this industry for years and if do not tip 20% then that is terrible. Food was good when we got it. Service was terrible and will never come back based on that. Prior to the fire this used to be a fairly nice bar, but since the reopening the Karen owner and her high anxiety bar tenders seem to want to do is upset regular customers. Their rules on no taking food away that you paid for, I've seen some really horrible scenes. If the Karen has an issue she's screaming and shouting right off the bat, real trailer trash approach. No customer service, no dispute resolution, immediate escalation of a minor problem and drama rules the day. I've not been involved in any but I've witnessed enough. When we sat at our table and our server came to greet us, she was far from nice extremely rude and acted like we were an inconvenience to her! We ordered a round of drinks and water. We had to ask 4x for her to bring us water and that took over an hour for us to get it. She was serving 2 other tables at the time. We ordered another round of drinks and it took over a half hour to get them, finally we went up there to order from the bar and the waitress finally put cups up for the drink to be made. The bar tender was the "manager" that night and was extremely rude as well. Saying they are busy when the bar tender was sitting behind the bar cleaning off boards to redo for the next day. And our waitress was chatting with people for a good 20 min with people she knew sitting at the bar! That was her " were busy" We didn't even order our dinner at the point. When receiving our bill we had an 18% gratuity added on to our bill we only had 4 people at our table!!! She said it was because the bill was over a $100 is why! when it said for party's over 5 people will be charged a gratuity. When asking to speak to the manager to see why it was added or if we missed read it, she refused to come over and speak to us. This was our go to spot for years! We are ones to give 2nd chances we already had rude service there before and said we would try it again but never again!! I would give zero stars if I could. read more

A coworker and I went there for the first time about 2 months ago. Our waitress Jennifer G, wasn't very friendly and acted impatient with us as if we were an inconvenience. Then I noticed her eating every time she left our table (clearly we were interrupting her meal). I myself was a waitress at one time and know how it is to not get breaks and have to shove food in your face the second you get a chance. However, it wasn't busy this day when we stopped in and there was really no excuse for her to be this way with us. We just blew it off and didn't want to let this experience with her, ruin it for the whole place itself. We thought hey... maybe she's had a bad day (although still no excuse to treat your customers like that. We came back a couple times in those 2 months and had great service and food. Well yesterday (Monday May 13), we came in after a long, extremely busy day and wanted to relax and enjoy an adult beverage. Our server was Jennifer G. for the second time. She greeted us with that same attitude and as if we were inconveniencing her. My coworker and I are ALWAYS polite when we go out, so this just mind blowing how she's acting towards us. There were maybe 5 tables including ours and 2 servers on the floor when we arrived, there was no reason for her to be this way with us. We ordered our drinks, my coworker ordered some kind of martini and it was not good at all. It was supposed to have sugar on the rim and when she told the server, the server offered to just get her some.... to put on the rim herself!!! The drink itself tasted like only lime juice. My coworker only had a small sip out of it, explained to the server it wasn't good and wanted to order a big beer instead. The server snatched the drink, and rolled her eyes and walked off. When she came back with the drink, she told my coworker... "just so you know for next time, if you order a drink and return it, you have to pay for it and the drink you ordered!" We were both in complete awe at this point. My coworker felt bad and thought the waitress told the bartender that she said something nasty about the drink he had made. When we were leaving she made it a point to go over and apologize to the bartender and tip him because she felt bad. Aside from that, I ordered a grilled cheese. Once she dropped off my food, she NEVER came and checked on us. There was a big table that came in during this time, but she seemed to have a pretty good handle on that. It was the time away from that table that she was wiping other tables, walking around and doing other things when she could have just asked how everything was or if I wanted another drink. Nope... I had to go up to the bar and get my own! At this point I'm fuming. She tries to give me the "sorry I have that big table over there" excuse, but like I said, she had plenty of down time to come check on us. I notice and pay attention to everything, especially being a former server. You seem to have a pretty good establishment with great atmosphere and food, but people who act like this towards there customers will run your business into the ground. We didn't do anything wrong and definitely shouldn't have to feel that way. At this point, we don't know if we'll come back. Getting treated like garbage for no reason (not once but twice by the same woman) is unacceptable. If the employee hates her job, there's no denying it in her actions. Why offer online ordering if you are not going to check it?!?!?! I placed an order that was $97 worth of food and added a 15% tip. I was told by the online ordering system it would be ready at 6:40. I arrived at 6:45. There was a sign on the door that said a mask was required. Nobody, I mean nobody inside was wearing a mask. Including staff. I headed to the bar and told the bartender I had a carry out. She returned from the back to let me know they "just got it" and she was going to "put it in". Literally she had to put it in the system. She said sorry like she didn't really mean it and told me it would be ready is 20 minutes. I'm waiting and IF it's ready in 20 and IF the food is good I will write another review. I ordered take-out like I have done so many times in the past but this time when i approached the bar where I have always been told to pick up my order, it was ignored. The owner was behind the bar and was being a social butterfly and made eye contact with me a minimum of 6 times but then looked away and started a conversation with whoever was in front of her. Another customer looked at me and said she pretends to be blind and deaf if she doesn't think you are worthy. I waited for what seemed like an eternity when finally, the customer next to me said to her that she had a customer waiting. She said "what do you want". I said I was here to pick up a take-out order. She told me I had to go to the other side of the bar and tell a waitress. I did and the waitresses were very nice and took care of me. I am so disappointed with the way I was treated. I cannot imagine treating a customer that way. Her wait staff is always great but the owner should probably not be out in public, she will chase away a lot of customers. My husband and friends go there a lot and get take-out quite often but will be going somewhere else. You don't have to tell me twice that you do not want my business. Message received. Just recently moved to the area and this pub is just round the corner from our house and I have to say it serves top notch food, everything I have tried has been spot on from the sandwiches to the Burgers every one a winner. The pizza and the stromboli are to die for, the dough is homemade and has a texture second to none, light and crispy, suffice to say its one of the best pizza/stromboli I have ever tasted. The wait staff Jennifer, Missy, Haley and Lisa are all very attentive and always on hand if you have any questions with regards to the food. It is much nicer than it appears from outside. It is located in a bland strip mall, but the atmosphere when you go enter is so much nicer than you could ever imagine. Kind of upscale, but not with a false air. As soon as we walked in, somebody greeted us and took our drink order. Drinks hit the table right away and the pizza that we ordered was yummy. They still have good pizza deals but now they want to charge every paying customer just to use their credit cards to pay for their food. When any sort of real business would use that charge as a tax rite off they are trying to pass those charges to their customers. There are many places that offer half off pizza that we may need to switch to instead of coming here. And if you do order the pizza and have leftovers the owner doesn't like to hand out pizza boxes for your leftovers you have to make smaller styrofoam boxes work. If I could give a zero I would, only because of one employee. I called my order in for two cheese burgers anyway you want it for 8.99. There was no option to get two burgers with one order of fries. Loud and an insult to my senses. Will never go back. It was filled to the rafters with biker types and women who looked more comfortable in a bar in Dort Hwy with a pole. The women were wearing half-shirts and bootie shorts with the thing showing. Gross. The TV and music were blaring too loud. I asked the waitress to turn the volume down. She wouldn't. I love Foutches, all of the food is great, the beer is fresh and cold and the service is always top notch. I had the chicken bacon ranch wrap and it was out of bounds guy fieri good. The waitress took quite awhile after bringing us our drinks to come back to take our food order..we probably waited at least 10 minutes. I'm not irritated about this, that is yet to come. My boyfriend got the Foutch Pub Burger ($7.99). I got the Seafood Platter ($15.99) both came with fries and we had 2 tall "craft" beers. My boyfriends burger came out first. Mine should be out next..no problem I said. Literally 20 minutes later, my seafood platter came out. My boyfriend didn't want to eat without me so naturally his burger was cold by the time I got my meal. The waitress apologized and said the cooks forgot about me. She comped us 2 beers (rightfully so). So this amazing $16 dollar platter had 1 piece of cod, 4 pieces of shrimp, a sprinkling of breaded clam crumbs, and half a platter of fries. So not worth it. The tab..$41.00...whaaa?? IDK? I won't be one of those regulars anytime soon. **The extra star was for the waitress who was very friendly and apologetic..she made the experience a little bit better. read more

To start they are expensive and they charge you to use a debit or credit card. I have eaten here in the past and their food was really good. Today, I had the worst lunch and the girl that took my order was abrasive and rude. I ordered the French Dip with fries. The fries had so much seasoning on them, they caused me to cough and choke. When I said something to the waitress, I got "it says on the menu seasoned fries". I generally like seasoning on fries, but these had so much seasoning you couldn't really see the fries. When I asked for something else, she said she would have to charge me for something else.The sandwich was bland and extremely soggy. I didn't even use the aju, the bun was already soaking wet with grease. It was beyond gross. The young girl that was serving other tables came up to check on me was very nice and tried to get me something less seasoned, but my waitress came back and bit my head off again. When I told her I would not be coming back, she did not care in the slightest that she was losing a customer that eats there at least once every couple of weeks. I was extremely disappointed in the greediness and lack of care in the preparation of the food. Will never eat there again!!!!! read more

We went to Foutch's Pub for a retirement party for a co worker. From setting things up with them on the phone, to arriving to find they had a nice area for us all ready and even helped with extra seating. Our server could not have done a better job taking care of our large group! The food and drinks were awesome! We had a blast! Would recommend Foutch's to anyone looking for a fun place to hang out and even better place to celebrate at! We will be back. :) read more

If you want a place to go for mediocre food with high prices then you've found the place. If your not a regular, expect to wait a long time to be served. I would actually rate this place a minus 5. Incredibly rude bartender. My sister went into Fouch's to ask if she could hang a flier for a fundraiser she is doing to send her son to a special needs camp. She was told by the bartender to get her fliers and her son out. As she was leaving the bartender also threatened to tear down any fliers in the area. I understand a no solicitation policy, but this bartender was mean, ugly, and disrespectful. That kind of response is uncalled for. read more
