They're not an honest company people and there's a reason they had no inspections scheduled and could take me right in when all the other shops were an average of 5 days out its because nobody goes there because of these bad practices.

I brought the car back to Bob Ruth Ford and they removed the tint and did what was needed to the exhaust so it would pass MD state inspection. When I brought the car back to Caples Car Care, they failed the inspection and told me that Bob Ruth Ford did an inadequate repair, and I would have to pay them to fix the issue or would have to pay another fee to re inspect the work if I took the car somewhere else.
