We actually wanted one to answer question right away but none were to be had. We were on our own. No expertise of a knowledgeable staff member available. There didn't seem to be much in the way of merchandise. Plenty of empty shelves. We looked around, selected a model and then went on the hunt for a sales person. None around. Went back to the front & were told to go wait at the register in the back. After 15 minutes gave up. Stopped an employee walking by to ask for help. He went looking for the stock of our selected TV and after awhile we found it ourselves in another part of the store. Such poor customer service, disinterested staff and a deserted, lifeless environment. Would not go back to this location.

Went in Sunday night to browse. I always look at the open box items . I saw a iPad portfolio case…read morefor $15( or so the tag said) I asked a worker if I could get it and if it would fit my iPad . He said "well that's not the price for it that's for a water bottle , but it will fit." I then said really? you guys should honor it cause it was tagged wrong . he said no it's not $15. I said okay thank you and walked away. Mind you I don't look into the details on the tags I saw it on the item and look at the price Thats.all.. I went to tell my husband about it and was debating if I should still take it for the actual price . Then I hear another worker with glasses walking by laughing about it on his headset while carrying a water bottle to the original worker who helped me . Made me feel uncomfortable, because it's not my fault it was tagged wrong , and I was just asking honestly if it could be honored . Maybe focus more on making sure you don't tag items wrong instead of making fun of customers . I still bought $250 headphones and $159 worth of legos. Maybe I need to start taking my business elsewhere .

Luis helped me fix my Sony 60" TV. TWICE. There is a plastic piece that detached from the TV and…read morethe first time, it caused issues with sound and communication with the remote. The second time the piece came off when the movers mounted it and I was stuck with sound and no picture. I scheduled an appointment online and Luis came by within a couple of days. He just goes above and beyond. My cords were a mess and my TV needed to be mounted again, and he took the time untangle and reconfigure the way things were plugged in so I didn't need as MANY cords. He also mounted the TV. I'm happy I found him on YELP. The reviews are TRUE - he's reliable and honest and compared to other companies, he has very reasonable rates. Thanks Luis!!

Based on all the 5 star reviews, I was hopeful that this company would fix my TV. Welp, that hope…read morewent down the hole as soon as I paid the $55. They called me shortly after that saying that if it's a screen problem they can't fix it. So I asked them why the $55 charge? "So we can pick it up and take it to our shop and verify that we can't fix it." The screen had a couple of lines shooting across the screen and it was screen/picture issue. When they came to pick it up, they reminded me that they might not be able to fix it. I get a call next day confirming that they can't fix it and now they don't want to return TV till late next week cause there's no service calls in my area?? Such a scam, don't fall for this hack. I'm beginning to suspect their rating is rigged or something b/c just terrible way of handling 'TV repair' business.
