They were able to salvage my leaking mixing valve on my water heater and noticed that it only needed a new grommet. While they were at my house they also serviced my HVAC system and took the time to educate me on how to maintain the mechanical systems in my house. Explained issues he found in addition to my concerns. Developed three level plan with pricing for each. Also explained leaky water heater and checked warranty. Once decided what I wanted done, he came back on scheduled day (4/23and completed all repairs/replacements. Josh explained exactly what he and his trainee (Ben Mulron) were doing as they performed the various tasks, had an efficient work plan and was very personable and polite. Completed all the work in time estimated and did a walk thru with me showing me everything done. Also explained current warranty on various work. He was very respectful of my concern for the owner's cats who are still in the house. In addition, he was a very good supervisor, explaining tasks to trainee to do and showing him minor correction and letting him redo. All in all it was a positive experience and I would highly recommend Neffsville Plumbing and Josh Reyes.

So they don't do duct work this is like selling a car and can't change tires. Got another company to check them out. They said they were fine and checked out the system and found numerous code violations. Called the original company back up and the boss is on vacation so I guess I need to wait. Gave them till today so tomorrow I will be checking with a lawyer as my health can't take the humidity.

I googled plumbers in the area and called a few that stated they were busy and could not get to our home for several hours. Then I reached, "Sean". Sean said, I'll be out in 75 minutes. Sean and his team worked till 6:00pm. He arranged for a temporary repair till he returned on Monday. His team worked from 7:30 to 6:00 p.m. Leaving us very happy with both service and price. I originally todo the tech I didnt need a receipt but decided I was going to submit yo my insurance company. The company ghosted me. After about 10 calls and 5 emails and also contacting through the website, I still have gotten a response. well they did send me an email with a line that said service call and $0 on it. I needed them to list the products that were replaced with the total. They can put paid and $0 owed if they want. all of this and it's 3 weeks later. i even drove to the address on their website and it's a corner lot with no building. The open 24 hrs a day is an answering service that you will never be able to speak with someone that can help you. They said they would label it as urgent. Even that doesn't help.
