He is unreachable by phone, I can only ever get his assistants that have no authority to do anything except pass along my message (the most recent one has extra attitude). He says he is available but I only ever reach his voicemail. Cliff's last name is Bates...and I never met Jean...so I guess Cliff just inherited his parents business and doesn't really care.
