To spare the whole story- we are from out of town, bought our RV at an affiliate and started having issues as we drove through Neenah, Wis. I remembered there was another Quietwoods branch there, and we pulled in for help. THAT STAFF IS AMAZING. Everyone was sooo incredibly kind, and they fixed us up, even drove with us briefly to help identify issues, and got us on the road again. Did I mention this was right at closing time on a Friday?
