Thanks to all the guys at this service center. Yes they did. They serviced me till the cows came home. They weren't satisfied until I was. I came back and it was so cool. The professional techs looked my vehicle over and I was treated to a cool sensation. You see my air conditioning was acting up and they completely went over my system with great care and excellent timing and found it was now safe to drive. I found out that this company only uses the best parts available with even some life time warranties. These people don't rape you. Up until recently I had had nothing but great experiences. Previously I had gone for repairs of various mechanical issues with my car. Recently, I bought a set of tires that were less than six months old and while on an extended road trip one of the tires sidewalls bulged out and the tire went flat.--I brought the tire in, they inspected it and refused to stand behind it claiming I must have driven it flat for too many miles, also claimed that I must have hit something and the valve stem was broken but that was it.--They replaced the valve stem and said I was good to go. I took the tire to another well-known retailer and they clearly showed me how the tire had been pulverized internally and said that this type of failure probably had nothing to do with any action on my behalf and that the tire was in a dangerous condition and should not have been put back on. So American Fleet and Auto Service just replaced a valve stem and mentioned a slight bulge and the other tire place inspected the tire internally and said it would have been a dangerous and catastrophic failure just waiting to happen. Their handling of this was completely unacceptable and could have been dangerous.--I ended up buying a tire from the other retailer and they inspected the remaining three tires from here. read more

I had the heads redone on my vehicle and a little over a year later the vehicle is burning oil, most likely caused by the head seals leaking. When I paid $1700 + to have the job done, they (Todd) explained that they would stand behind their work for the life of the vehicle. I should have gotten him to write this down. When I called recently he explained that their work and parts is only covered under a 12 month warranty. He also tried to make other excuses of why the oil was burning and would be happy to further investigate and charge me for it. My new ( very trust worthy) mechanic was pretty convinced that this oil burning would most likely come from leaky heads. American Fleet is not a trustworthy place.
