Wish there were 10 stars I'd award every one. Hate to sound cliche' but I can't speak highly enough…read moreabout this facility. I have been with Dr.s Bob Alyssa and staff since they opened the doors. It's been many years. As a breeder of Dobermans then Miniature Schnauzers we have indeed run the gambit. Both my animals and myself have been treated with kindness dignity and respect from birth to death and all that goes in between. The facility is immaculate at all times. Many years ago it was remodeled. It's bright light open and airy. As clean now as when the renovations were completed. When you use this facility the more time passes by the more you will note that the staff remains consistent. Many of them have been there as long as I have and I consider myself a charter member. As the years have gone by and the clinic expanded new vets have been brought in house. When you call for an appointment you will be asked if you have a preference for which vet you'd like. My response has always been if the good Dr.s trust enough to hire I certainly trust enough to use their services. I feel strongly about this. And trust I do. Implicitly. Another asset to using this clinic is there is someone available 24/7 365. I can't tell you of what value this is to me. No running off to strangers and the unknown. Another critical asset in my view is this is a hospital NOT a boarding kennel. There is a time and place for all things. I will concede that the clinic may be a tad pricier than recovery but the outstanding impeccable in all arenas one could hope for in an animal hospital far outweigh the slight difference. This has been a long review but I wanted to illustrate my thoughts in full that I might assist others that take the research seeking and time to provide for the care of their animals large and small seriously a solid defined venue to accomplish just that. Dr.s Bob and Alyssa staff too thank you so much for all you are and have been. Truly a treasure. bryanne Ineson Calderstone

Been taken over by one of those big conglomerate that buys up veterinarians…read more I am convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that their lack of hygiene caused my cats to contract feline herpes. They said it wasn't possible, but they never sneezed or had any runny eyes before the visit to them. Four days after I took my male cat he had a terrible attack of this feline herpes which he never had in his 2 1/2 years of life. Four days after that my female started having the same symptoms, and she had not gone on that visit to the vet - must've contracted it from the male. They tried to tell me they always had had it. I disagreed. And then they lied on the records, so when I went to a new vet with their records, I found they had missreported a vital fact. They said that I told them early on that they had feline herpes which I absolutely did not do! I was shocked by that. Well of course I can't prove it, but all the evidence added up to the fact that they contracted it at the vet. That was bad enough, but then changing the records to say that I had told them about it was beyond unforgivable and we took our all our animals away from their practice.

This "clinic" is registered as a profit corporation and is not accredited with the Better Business…read moreBureau. Despite calling itself a "hospital", it does not provide emergency services. In my experience, the costs for exams, checkups, and vaccines are significantly higher than expected, and procedures are often performed out of sight after pets are removed from the room. Following one such visit, both of my dogs experienced adverse reactions to vaccines. Scheduling appointments is unnecessarily difficult, even though the facility often appears underutilized. When I requested a refill for my elderly cat's prescription diet, the clinic refused without requiring another exam and vaccines. This was particularly concerning given my cat's advanced age and difficulty traveling. No alternative solutions were offered. Additionally, a diet recommended for my dog led to serious health issues and cancer growths. The clinic then suggested costly surgeries exceeding $2,000 per growth, which ultimately proved unnecessary when the condition resolved after switching to a holistic diet. Overall, the emphasis here seems to be on profit rather than patient care. Examinations are rushed, often lasting only a few minutes, yet billed at hundreds of dollars. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this clinic to pet owners seeking compassionate, transparent, and trustworthy veterinary care."

I…read moream used to vets spending a minimum of 10 minutes on each assessment, if not significantly longer. Dr.Morris spent less than 30 seconds on each cat. I have one healthy cat and one with a gastrointestinal tumor and an open sore on his skin. Both kitties are elderly. She did look at their teeth and my sick c at's sore, and the cats were weighed. I don't remember if she used her stethoscope or not but I have never had a doctor be less thurough in the exam or show so little concern for my cats. My sick cat's x-rays from another vet were faxed to her but she didn't mention them. She did order an antibiotic for the sore, which made a barely noticable improvement, but nit enough. There was one other patient in the waiting room with me so I don't think they were that busy. The doctor wasn't rude, she just wasn't caring in the slightest and wasn't nearly as thorough as you expect and need your doctor to be. The cat I think is healthy might not be healthy after all. They are 16 years old and illnesses/diseases can develop rapidly and without symptoms until its too late. I will be finding another doctor for the follow-up.

You'll never want a different vet after visiting Dr. Cianelli…read more My dog wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her. I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care my dog has received from Dr. Cianelli. When we'd first brought him in, he was in the worst condition of his life. Overnight, all of the muscles in his head and body had deteriorated. His weight had gone from 120 lbs. to only 60 lbs. in no time at all. He couldn't drink any water, and in turn was very dehydrated and in need of weekly IV infusions. Countless visits and thousands in vet bills with our regular vet later, they suggested we put him down or not return. Watching him teeter on death with no support was one of my worst nightmares come true. We were left with more questions than answers, with nowhere to turn and no one willing to help him. That's when I was recommended to Dr. Cianelli through a friend who's pet was a patient of her's. She gave Dr. C 5 stars and beyond, and made her sound nothing short of excellent. I booked an appointment, hoping for a miracle but at least looking to give him the best quality of life for whatever time he had left. Our first visit was the most compassionate, comforting, and fear-free vet experience we've ever been to. Dr. Cianelli and her office exude warmth and safety, putting my dog and myself at ease; it feels like visiting an old friend. We discussed my dog further in person after previously filling out a diligent form online. She was asking questions no vet had ever asked before; no vet had ever cared. It further made me realize that I'd come to the most thorough and caring vet I've ever met. We agreed to try an acupuncture session for him and some time on the PEMF mat as we discussed his history, health, and course of action further. She doesn't leave you in the dark with her plans -- she walks you through her ideas and helps you to understand them, as she works out a better future for your dog. By the end of the appointment, Dr. C made strategic decisions based on her research, knowledge, and experience, and found the right medicine and diet for my dog. In less than a week after the first visit, my dog's health, appearance, and temperament did a complete 180. By the next day, my dog, who could hardly walk up or down the stairs and had so little life in his eyes, was now running up and down the stairs and prancing through the yard! He ran with his whole heart and soul on his walk and was showing everyone his biggest smile. I never thought I'd get to see my best friend healthy again, yet here he was! His spirit is revitalized and that spark has returned to his eyes. It was like he had been given a second chance at life. He was excited and full of life again, just as I've always known him. He is no longer in need of any IV infusions as he started drinking once again, and he is no longer anemic after the weeks-long struggle. His coat had dulled and lessened considerably when his health declined, and now it's back to its full, thick, fluffy, healthy self. My boy, who despises the car, even jumps in excitedly every time he realizes he's going to see her! Dr. Cianelli is the woman for you and your pet. When everyone else had given up on my sick and beautiful boy, Dr. Cianelli shone through. Thanks to Dr. Cianelli's expertise and dedication, our dog is not only alive but thriving. He's back to jumping up on the couch and bed -- something we thought he would never do again. When I think of all the things I'm grateful for, I count Dr. Cianelli twice. Her knowledge is endless, her light is so bright, and most importantly: she cares. As a patient, you aren't just a job to her; when your animal is in need of help, she puts her whole mind, body, and soul into finding the support you need. I truly believe that without her intervention, we would have had to say goodbye far too soon. Thank you, Dr. Cianelli!!! :-)

I understand that because of COVID we could not go into the office, but the vet never came out to go over her findings --never mind to introduce herself. And I paid full price for this partial service. Further, when I expressed disagreement with a recommended treatment, instead of this vet calling me to discuss, she had the receptionist relay a message. Clearly, they do not care as much as they like to think since the disagreement had to do with a medication that our dog needs twice a day to survive. The vet then had Brandon (the tech) call me to say they had terminated me as a client because "client doesn't get to say we don't care"! And, then Brandon "suggested strongly" that I find another vet quickly to get the prescription that our dog needs. Caring, huh? To top it off, when I got the records--which they recorded at the top of the page for each of our four animals "terminated because client does not get to say we don't care"-- I found that the vet had diagnosed two of our animals with minor issues. And I was not made aware of them! I have had animals for almost half a century and have never been treated with such disregard. Awful!
