She said hold on leaving the phone open so I can hear what she said. I could hear say said, "I will handle this customer" as in a condescending manner. She was absolutely rude to me. I had ordered a pizza also, so I told her to cancel the entire order. Customer service was truly lacking here. We probably will never order from them again.
