I loved the vibe here. Great people. Clean. Busy. Food was fresh. Staff very helpful. Had one issue with the salad being overdressed. Otherwise extremely good.

If you're in Harrisonburg, you have to eat here. The breakfast is amazing and the service is just as good. they don't take reservations, it's first-come, first-served!!! and word has clearly gotten out! Expect a wait of about an hour on weekends. Pro tip: Get there early or plan to put your name on the list and they'll notify you when your table is ready.

    You know you're here.

Tight space but very fun interior. Eclectic food all done well. Lovely staff make you feel welcome. The biscuit was a highlight and the grain pancake had a lovely cinnamon kick.

Our favorite spot to stop while on a trip to Harrisonburg. After a mediocre experience the day before we just wanted old time diner food. The restaurant itself is small, but arriving around 9AM got us a booth right away. I got an iced chai and it was one of the best I've ever had - clearly made in house. The corned beef hash was incredible and the buttermilk biscuit on the side was clearly house ande. The potato boat was also good and seasoned well. Service was attentive and not overbearing. They also offered the hot drip coffee to go which was a nice touch. My only complaint is that they serve the exact same menu on weekends as weekdays yet charge more for every item. The cost of doing business with tourists I guess? However this wouldn't deter us if we were back in the area

I loved the restaurant's decorations and vibes. It was cute and intimate. The service was friendly, personal, and efficient. The menu is chalk-full of delicious, creative, and filling food- and at a good price point. I recommend The Little Grill to anyone wanting a quaint lil brunch moment

Always great food & the service is good as well. The place is small so expect to wait for a bit because it's usually busy on the weekends. The ambience is eclectic and that's an understatement.

Everybody else us right! Little Grill is a delight. Lovely food, sweet server, fun funky decor, and lots of customers having a good time. Really a great stop in Harrisonburg.

Hands down the BEST vegetarian brunch I have eaten. Definitely give this place a visit. A small, cutesy place that caters to vegetarians beautifully. Had their Huevos Rancheros with scrambled tofu substituted for eggs. Delicious, wholesome and good portion size. The dish had Indian spices that were made in house. Great work guys! Keep up the great work!

Great little breakfast spot in Harrisonburg. While the place might be small and have limited seating, the atmosphere is inviting and the restaurant is very clean and organized for a busy place. The service was very friendly and cleared dishes, refilled coffee, and checked in on us frequently. The food and coffee were fresh, hot and fantastic. I recommend The Little Grill to anyone looking for a hearty and quality breakfast.

I used to go here when I was a student at JMU back in the 90s so I'm glad to see it is still going strong. The food and the service was great. Definitely a go-to spot when you're in the 'burg. Make sure you download the app and put yourself on the waitlist. It does get busy especially on the weekends and they don't take reservations.

Great place. Service was fantastic. Owner (I think) was out thanking people for coming. The atmosphere is great. Like walking into somebody's old old house. Reminded me of my grandparents house. Clean but definitely aged. The food was fantastic. Biscuit egg sanwhich with ham = fantastic. Focaccia egg sandwich with potatoes = perfect. Now you might think you can't mess up pancakes but you can, so I appreciated their excellent pancakes. Had the regular buttermilk and they were excellent. Got a side of house sausage. It was a patty and it fit perfectly between the two pancakes. It was great. Would eat every day. Had iced latte that table said was great. I had drip coffee and it was excellent. I want to say again the service was what made this place a great place to go.

The best spot in town! Hospitable- tasty, and such small town funky charm. Tons of plant based options and I love that they have seasonal menus! 10/10 experience, I'm actually elated we stopped in! Tatum was a kind and skillful server!

We got banana bread lattes and they were perfect! Not too sweet. We also got the cinnamon bun pancakes. Everything was amazing! Such a hidden gem. It's so cute and cozy inside. Everyone is so sweet and friendly.

The experience usually great, which is why we keep coming back, and the menu is always fun! The service started great and the food came looking fantastic as usual, until I found a long hair in my bowl. Molly was very apologetic once we showed her the hair and she took it inside to show the kitchen. I told her I don't want another bowl , as I didn't want the food to go to waste and didn't have time to wait for a new one. Here is were the service turned south; - Molly didn't come back to check on us or fill the water cups - We didn't get a discount of any kind in the check, as you would normally expect! - I expected the chef or the manager on duty to come out and apologize, but that didn't happen. - Finally, Molly brought our check when we finished eating and didn't ask if we are interested in desserts, as typically the case! Just very odd reaction to an issue Like this, and shows lack of professionalism and training on behalf of the management on how to deal with bad customer experience like a hair in the food. By the way, I'm bold, so the long hair is from the kitchen!

Simply put, the bodega breakfast sandwich might be the best breakfast sandwich I've ever eaten. I took it to eat on the road and was startled about how delicious it was. I think it was because they enjoyed working there. Or, at least it give them a chance to eat some really tasty food. I had their Cubano Tartine. That's kind of like an omelet with the ingredients of a Cubano sandwich, except for the roll, mixed in. (And yes, I get that the cooking process is a bit different.) ' Anyway, this Cubano Tartine shows up on a plate in front of me. I dig in and keep digging. The ingredients, ham, cheese, pickles, etc, were plentiful and delicious. They were sitting on an ample slice of their sourdough bread. That was the first issue. It was IMPOSSIBLE to cut. I guess I could have asked for a steak knife or maybe a power tool. But, there was so much other stuff that I was able to have a very filling meal without it. The other issue was that the lightly dressed side salad was doused in dressing. Again, didn't complain because, for me, it wasn't a problem during this visit. Issues aside, if I come back to Hagerstown, I'll look for an excuse to come back.

I have now been to Cuban Burger twice almost three times. The third time we weren't offered a table as my daughter and I had 7 Brew drink in our hand so we didn't have lunch there that day. I will say that I love the flavors of Cuban. Everything I have tried has here been not but amazing. I loved their guava mint gingerale. Their Yuca with green sauce is amazing, along with the empanadas. The burgers and plantains are on point. I would love a cuban coffee added to the menu for after my meal. Here is why this review isn't getting five stars from me. The guy at the door is a little non-welcoming to put it nicely. I noticed it twice. He seems to make assumptions of why you are there. The first time was Sip and Stroll weekend when my husband and I entered the building and told us we should order from the window outside (assuming we were there for Sip and Stroll which we were not) when we were there for lunch. The second time I noticed was when my daughter and I were not offered a table as we had cups in our hands from 7Brew. He assumed we were there to pick up. Then after we said okay and turned to leave he is even yelling at us that there on signs on the door that state that (which we did not notice) so we couldn't bring them in. I totally get rules but I just feel he could have come across less harsh and perhaps we would have put them in the car and come back in for lunch. That day we decided to try some place different. I will say my server both times has been great though. The food has been great. I would like to come back but I am a little put off by the host guy. Not sure if we will try a new restaurant next time we are in town or we will give Cuban Burger a shot again.
