Our family of four orders takeout from this Fox's Pizza Den location very regularly, and we LOVE their pizza! We tend to stick with the same pizzas: Chicken Rancher and Meat Supreme, and typically add a few extra ingredients to each. I rarely eat pizza anymore but had a craving last weekend. When I moved here from Florida a menu for this place was in my mailbox. I thought I'd give it a try and am glad I did. It was a simple large pizza with pepperoni but it was fantastic. People have their own preferences when it comes to pizza. My two are crust and sauce. Fox's hit a home run on both items. We tried there Bacon Double Cheeseburger Pizza.. I've had many different Cheeseburger pizzas and this one doesn't taste like anything other than a bacon and beef pizza. it needs a different sauce other than pizza sauce. The Taco Salad was good. I'd definitely get that again. The Cheesy Breadsticks were very over cooked. Not even edible. not sure why they even sent those out. i would of called to complain.. but they were technically "free" so I just let it go. read more

Don't order wings if you expect ranch or blue cheese. They literally said the sauce the wings are tossed in is free. Dipping sauce is .82 cents extra. After you've paid 10 dollars for 6 wings. Have you ever ordered wings anywhere and not gotten any kind of dipping sauce? Sad. So sad. My bad they don't even toss the wings . Just serve you baked wings with sauce you have to apply yourself. Pretty darn good for something that isnt "as" well known as the typical chains. Or maybe they are just I never heard of them, and it's not a name that I imagine would come up when one is thinking of pizza Meatball sub is very good. Only bad is they must microwave it because on one of the meatball the inside was slightly cool. Flavor wise it was delicious. Pizza was very good!!! EDIT: manager replied to me to inform me they don't use microwaves in their establishments. Mentioned that maybe my hoagie was just taken out of the oven a bit too soon and that won't happen again. Fox's Pizza Den - Pizza Near Me - Kingsport, Tennessee

We ordered at 9pm for delivery (late I admit). I had trouble with the website ordering, so they took my order over the phone. Very nice young man on the phone, but trying to do too many things, so missed part of the order. The order arrived and noticed the missing item. Delivery person said they would give a refund. The salads were fresh and complete, if canned mushrooms fill the bill. That's where the good stuff ends. The cheese sticks were doughy and pale (see photo). Our "well- done, extra cheesy" pizza was lacking in every aspect. No seasonings, no napkins. No Orders in the future. read more

In my 48 yrs I have never ever posted ANY complaint about any business or restaurant. The Fox's Den in Kingsport, TN tonight changed that. They gave me problems on the phone, so I ordered online. Then waited the allotted 45 minutes only to be told when I got there that they didn't have an order for me. I had the confirmation email and showed it to them. Keep in mind I was dealing with two young women, who were obviously working together to be difficult. The "manager" kept staring at her computer saying she had no order for us and that there was nothing she could do. Then a woman in her 50s or so came out of the kitchen and asked if it was an order for "our last name". Which WAS our order. The young manager woman at the computer just stared at her computer, wouldn't make any sort of eye contact and finally just walked off telling us our total. She knew she had been caught being nasty. I was never rude to her. Not once, not even on the phone, however she and her coworker were determined to be jerks to us. If it hadn't been for the older woman coming out of the kitchen I KNOW without a doubt we would not have gotten our pizza's since she kept saying she had no order with our last name. I will never go there again, and will discourage anyone from ever doing business there also. They were complete jerks, they were worse actually, but I won't stoop to that level. The games they were playing were pitiful. Oh and then I went back in for red pepper flakes and she said "I can give you two packets free". Two packets free?!?!?! Since when do ANY pizza restaurants charge for small packets of red pepper flakes?? Come on..... Pathetic.... read more

Enjoy this pizza "den". Good pizza, good wedgies. Fast delivery, always hot and very good. I have found that each cook has their own tastes (let's face it, we all cook how we'd like it). That said, the amount of sauce is not consistent nor is the amount of toppings. Overall, we eat here frequently and come away with a positive feeling. read more

Wow...made the choice to eat here after a day of basketball in the area and left thoroughly impressed with the service, but more importantly the taste of the food, we got the family special and added wings and breadsticks...1st of all the breadsticks had a great flavor and taste...the chicken wings although not fried (I was concerned) had excellent flavor and the wings were better than expected...I have had wings all over and these were up there due to the sauce (hard to explain)...next was the pizza which was absolutely delicious and better than most I have ever had...here for the week and will definitely be back...great menu and friendly staff that was knowledgeable of their menu as they were quite busy but willing to answer questions that myself and my family had...meal deal including drinks and breadsticks were $24.99, and we took some pizza home (family of 5), it won't disappoint... read more

I have eaten a lot of pizza in several cities known for pizza, and can honestly say that this is the best I have ever eaten!!! The crust was done perfectly, thickness and flavor. The toppings are properly proportioned, sauce taste great and cheese is the right amount. The employees are polite friendly and professional. Every time I order for pick up, they mess up my order. Today I ordered a large pizza... half extra cheese, half pepperoni. Of course, it was wrong again. I called and spoke to Tiffany... when I stated they screwed up my order again, I got attitude. I am the customer, am I not? I wasn't asking or anything complicated and certainly did not expect the response I got. I guess the lesson learned is to go elsewhere. Papa Johns, Pizza Plus, Dominoes, etc. seem to be able to get it right and without the attitude. If you screw up an order, just fix it. Because of Tiffany's rude behavior, I wont be back! read more

I don't know how many times I have called to order a pizza, only to have the phone ring a dozen or more times and no one answers. I don't know if no one cares, or if they are so busy and/or understaffed that answering the phone is not a priority. I have actually had their pizza once and it was pretty darned good, but have not been able to order another because what I just covered. The absolute WORST!!! There are at least 6 pizza places near me that deliver. I chose Fox because we like the cheese pizza there. I placed my order online,had to call them to check on it twice. TWO HOURS later,I received cold pizza and burnt wings. Which I paid for,thinking that it was hot and fresh,since its 3 minutes from my house. When I called to complain,I received a half-assed "sorry". When I stated that I wanted a refund since I waited so long and when I received the food it was burnt and cold,I was told that if I contacted them or asked for the GM 's name again they would call the cops. ?!?!?! If you order online, they don't always read your special instructions. We've had them forget things. Once waited almost two hours for them to bring a 2 liter they had forgotten. I'd rather stick with dominos or papa johns. At least they are dependable. read more
