They got out order wrong, the food isn't even that good, you can't be bad at food and bad at service you have to pick one.

Haven't tried em all yet but this is the best pizza I have found in Kingsport. Not saying it is out of this world stellar but it is a worthy pizza. I would choose it over any frozen brand (and I really really like the crust on the Homerun brand and Digiorno's pizzeria style sauce). I can't say that about all the local places. I ordered at the counter and the pizzas came in a decent amount of time. 15ish minutes. Good crust. Not super flavorful, doesn't seem like they rested it long enough or let it do multiple rises. Not everyone likes that though so it may be a culinary choice. Sauce was good with a decent flavor that was more than just canned tomato. Not an amazing amount of toppings but they weren't stingy with em either. I didnt eat in but the ambience of the dinning room was nice. Not stupidly Italian like you see sometimes but a nice modern pizzeria style. I'll be going back and recommend others to try it out. read more

The best pizza I've had in East Tennessee (and I've tried all different pizza's in kingsport, JC, and Jonesborough). My dad is an Italian immigrant from Naples, Italy and has his own amazing pizzeria in NC. I have struggled to find pizza even half as good as his, and Chef's Pizza has exceeded all expectations. Satisfying every pizza craving of mine. Not to mention, the BEST Ranch ever!! Thank you Chef's Pizza for becoming my new GO TO Pizza place in TN! P.s. I can't wait to try the calzones next. Just stay away, I ordered pizza and wings to-go. Told me order would take 30 minutes showed up in 20 minutes and was ready. Here's the kicker wings were under cooked and room temp ( were cooked just not firm) basically if you want loose skin, soggy wings this is your place, had to air dry them and pizza was room temp maybe even colder not even hot. I live within 5 miles of this place. Food shouldn't be this cold this quick. read more

I have yet to get a bad pizza from this place. In fact , they have all been way above average and extremely fresh. Last time we got the veggie pizza and the Hawaiian pizza. The fruits and vegetables were so fresh! This time we got the Mexican pizza and the bacon hamburger pizza. Both are very filling but the Mexican pizza is one of the best tasting specialty pizzas I've ever had. The whole family loved it, and both pizzas were piping hot! Highly recommend! read more

Chefs has very tasty pizza. I ordered a personal 8" veggie pizza and small salad. The salad bar was fresh, clean and we'll stocked. My salad tasted amazing. The pizza toppings we're plentiful, fresh and mouth wateringly good. Service was extremely fast for 1pm on a Wednesday with a half full dining area. My buddy got a large pepperoni and jalepeno pizza which he enjoyed throuroughly as well. Salad comes with cheesy bread (a nice touch). This was my second order in that place. On the first time, the pizza I got was tasteful and just being the quality as expected. This time I was very disappointed when I tasted the pizza at home. I found two pieces of plastic from the half of the food and rest of it couldn't be eaten because of the issue. read more

I absolutely LOVE their Hawaiian pizza...with tasty cheese, ham, pineapple, and MANDARIN ORANGE slices!!! If you're a Hawaiian pizza fan, DON'T second guess yourself: TRY. THIS. PIZZA..you will LOVE IT! Only downside to this place: They don't offer delivery to the area I live in (Indian Springs). My home is just a few miles outside their delivery area, and even with the promise of a $20 tip (YES, their pizza IS that awesome!) they still won't deliver. Placed a delivery order. Not very friendly service there. Also, quite expensive considering other nearby tasty options. My friend was dead set on trying this place so we will pay $35 for 2 pizzas ( one is cheese only). But I won't call back after this. I am shocked this little place doesn't have any reviews. I was visiting family in Kingsport and this is where we stopped for a quick dinner between the Little 8's race and the 8k race during funfest. The pizza was fresh, delicious, and if I lived in Kingsport I would definitely eat there on a regular basis. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Chef's and my family and I love everything we've tried. ~~ the pizzas, sandwiches, and the lovely salad bar. It's fresh, tasty and relatively fast. Yes, space is limited; it's a small business and you may have to change your plans and wait, or eat elsewhere, but that's the risk of eating at such a place. And although I don't know the owners well, they've been extremely friendly to me, and to the people I've watched them interact with. You have my business and it will not change. read more

Best pizza in the Tri-Cities. Excellent sauce, fresh toppings, and three great crust options: thin, hand-tossed, and whole wheat (yum). They have a great salad bar and offer sandwiches and other "Italian" specialties. Definitely recommended. read more
