GIO AND YENCHI THE ABSOLUTE SWEETEST. I go to multiple Starbucks locations daily and this was by far the best customer service experience. They deserve a raise and all the kindness in the world.

    Mango Dragon Ice Tea

There isn't much to say about this place. It's located in the mall. I came on a busy Saturday night. The staff kept their cool and everything came out great! It was my first time trying the Mango Dragonfruit Drink. It is now my favorite! It has just the right amount of sweet and tangy flavor. The color on this drink is GORG! Its such a beauty you almost don't want to drink it! I loved it!

I really never had any bad experience with Starbucks in general. This one is OK too. I enjoy coming here because it's inside the mall & very convenient.

They have a lot of different syrup options, as well as alternative milks. The bakery items in the front case and the food items to order are SO good. Highly recommend their pancakes, grits bowl, and potato bowl - all really delicious and filling. All staff have always been really pleasant and patient (even when I've been undecided on what to order). It's an eclectic cozy space with a good amount of seating! There's also outdoor seating, making it dog friendly! You might not get front row parking, but there is extra parking in the back, so it's never been an issue.

We chose to sit on the patio and waited for nearly 30 minutes without a single employee checking on our table. The line inside was all the way to the door, so at first we assumed someone would eventually come by, take our order, or at least acknowledge us. Instead, we watched multiple tables on both sides of us receive service while our table was completely ignored. Eventually, we ordered through the QR code on the menu. What wasn't clear is that QR code orders are apparently treated exactly like takeout orders. When our first item was ready, it was handed to us in a plastic container inside a bag. We explained that we were dining in, not taking food to go. I specifically asked a staff member named Graham if the remaining 3 dishes could simply be served on regular plates. He told me "that wasn't possible and that QR code orders automatically come in to-go containers". That explanation made very little sense considering we were sitting at a table in the restaurant. A few minutes later, one of my friends flagged down another server, who had no issue arranging for the food to be served on actual plates. That inconsistency was honestly mind-blowing. To make things even stranger, one coffee arrived in a ceramic mug while the rest came in disposable to-go cups. Nothing about the service felt organized or logical. As for the food, it was fine. Not bad, but nothing particularly memorable or worth making a special trip for. Given that I drove about an hour and paid tolls to visit, I definitely won't be making that drive again. I understand places get busy, but basic service still matters. If you're asking customers to tip when ordering through a QR code, serving dine-in food on actual plates instead of plastic takeout containers doesn't seem like an unreasonable expectation. There are simply too many other coffee shops with better service for me to return. 3 stars because the atmosphere was decent and the food was okay, but the service was disappointing from start to finish.

However - this place is killer. I've tried several lattes and the cold brew, and they are phenomenal. I've brought people coffee from here, and each person has agreed that it's some of the best we've had in Tampa recently. The ambiance is interesting - it's in a kitchen store. But it works! Inside this winding housing development, you'll find a small shopping plaza-gasoline on one end, dry cleaners on the other... and in between those bookends, a string of small businesses. And behind the door with all the flowers around it: Perfect Press Coffee. It's a hopping and popping kind of place. I've been there twice in the last year-and it's busy. It's a fun mix of neighborhood moms with strollers-people stopping on the way to or from work-and a few remote work workers-who thrive in the happy buzz of a booming business. To the right when you walk in: coffee, tea and sweet and/or savory small bites. There's bench seating along the wall, several small tables and two little couches in the middle. The decor is cute, cozy, modern and slightly caffeinated. It's not a huge place but it's super popular. There are tables out front on the sidewalk, too. It's busy, but the skilled baristas keep things moving. On this most recent trip, I tried the ube matcha-my first. I liked it! There were lots of tempting pastries, etc-but I had a lunch date coming up, so I stuck to just the beverage. If you decide to stop in, bonus: this business shares space with a fun kitchen store that has everything from gourmet salts and oils-fun towels and mugs-and all sorts of other items. I should have bought the cola flavored candy bar. Next time! Yes, the parking lot is a little hectic-but be patient, it comes and goes in waves-you'll get a spot. Oh! And really nice restrooms. This is worth a stop and shop. I'll be back for round three.

We ordered 2 Italian Club Sandwiches, 1 Lemon Cake Slice & 1 cream cheese brownie. It said it would be delivered in 35-50 mins. I noticed my driver was at the store waiting but they were there awhile. They finally text that they haven't made it yet. It took them well over an hour to make 2 sandwiches so it was 30 mins late. Ok, we were ready to try this sandwich that looked amazing on the site. HUGE disappointment! At first we thought it was moldy. There was so much pesto spread on it that it was oozing & the sandwich was soggy. My dog wouldn't even eat it, he turned his nose up at it. The rye bread did not taste like any rye bread I've ever tasted & it's one of my favorite bread choices. I tried to eat it but it was soggy gross I had to toss this $18 sandwich. It did not come with any side or chips either. So I figured may as well eat that lemon cake. It looked good too. Wrong! How do you mess up lemon cake? The icing was like glue but gritty like raw sugar. I took the icing off & the cake itself wasn't too bad but for the price, I could get a better one in the reach in case at 7-11. It was that bad. Then, the brownie... really thought it would taste like cheesecake or chocolate cheesecake... I'm not sure what cream cheese they used but it must of been rotten. It was so sour we couldn't even eat it. I'm not sure what is up with this place but I can not recommend anything from here. The coffee looked so good too, I am glad I did not fall for those pictures because it would have likely been just as gross as the rest. Their prices are high & quality is very low. Please don't waste your money here. Portions were good if the taste was there. I don't feel it was fresh since it was very soggy & I would NEVER order again

It was very good with the additon of pesto and dried tomatoes adding a different dimension of texture and flavor. The bread was soft, thick, and well toasted. Came with a lot of chips. The one thing I didn't anticipate was the size of it. It was actually TWO whole sandwiches. Good thing I brought my appetite, though I had no trouble finishing it. The honey lavender latte was delicious too and really hit the spot with the sandwich. The girls here were very nice and welcoming when I came in and patient when I asked a few questions about the menu and order selection. The staff... both the guy with the tablet who took my order while I was in the drive-thru line-and the gal at the window-were so warm, friendly, chill and helpful. I'd go back just to bask in their positivity! But kindness isn't the only thing on the menu. There's coffee, tea, plant-based energy drinks, Italian sodas... and dozens (I think 75) of flavors you can add to them. In a fist visit, I usually start with chai tea latte... but today I asked for suggestions and ended up with a hot hibiscus tea with added pear flavoring. It was so floral and different! Hello new year! This knocked "the usual" on its head. I'm not sure that it will end up being my favorite offering here, but yeah... here's to shaking things up! I also tried the rainbow bagel-which was pretty and tasty. I liked the chew. Next time I'll try the strawberry cream cheese with it. There are filled croissants, too... but I forgot to ask about the flavors-and you can get mini donuts, too. White Duck was founded by a couple of Seattle transplants, who wanted to bring the "two windows in a shed" model of Pacific Northwest coffee shops to the Bay Area. And that's exactly what this is-a drive thru-no indoor seating-and I didn't see any outdoor tables, either. This is grab and go. But there's parking behind the building, if you want to sit and savor a bit. The shop is way up on North Dale Mabry-near Van Dyke-on the east side, right next to a Wendy's. It wasn't busy when I first got there but there at 8:30 on a Wednesday morning, but it soon picked up. I can see why... it's so convenient and the staff is so nice. They really stand out. I can't wait to stop in again and try more! I read on the website that the owners lost a child to cancer and part of the proceeds from each purchase goes to research. Well now I just have to try all those 75 flavors! See you soon, White Duck!
