Stopped by Foxtail for dessert after walking off a hearty lunch from Hangry Bison. It was the perfect choice for our group 6 adults and 8 children...lots of options. Some went the coffee route, while others indulged in delicious milkshakes. Most settled for ice cream in cups or cones. Our server received extra assistance from a co-worker who made the shakes while she scooped generous amounts of ice cream into our vessel of choice, My brother and I had the butter pecan; it was our late mother's favorite. It was nutty and delicious. There was plenty of room inside to sit, hang-out or shop for other interesting items including a nice selection of bakery good. We spent about a half-hour indoors and then headed to the nearby water feature so the sugared up kiddos could exercise it off. read more

Love Foxtail coffee! One of the best lavender lattes I've had in Orlando (second only to craft & common). They're a local chain that's taken off pretty well! They are a bit pricy compared to other local shops and about 50% more than the well known chains. This location had a line out the door the morning I visit! Usually it doesn't, but it was a busy weekend! This location has a Kelly's and a small seating area inside. Nice and cozy. read more

I ordered a Large London fog, a bagel with everything and a cup of ice. I sat in a chair in the rear near the door. It was extremely hot and humid outside so I decided to sit inside and attend my class by fb messenger video. During my class I began to smell a strong whiff of Fabuloso cleaner. I instantly panicked because it affects my breathing. I alerted the young lady mopping that I had a health issue and could not be exposed to these cleaning fumes. I thought I would receive normal respect, this was my mistake. This employee didn't care and stated she had to close and she mops at 7:30. I moved immediately and sat near the front of the store; my class was almost over. Another employee began mopping with the same cleaner, I let her know that I could not handle the scent and I had lung issues. She said she only mopped in front of me. I asked if she open the door to ventilate the area, it was right where the front entrance/exit was. She did not open the door at first she just looked at me. I told her I would be leaving in 5 minutes and asked if she could push mopping until then. She said no and just kept mopping talked about closing and then asked if I wanted the door opened. I said yes. I noticed that she opened it about 7-8 inches wide, My classmates online were letting me know we could just end our session early. I told them that I felt like if I was someone else I would've gotten a different response. The girl heard me and said it was not nice that I was talking about her during her shift, then she followed it up with "Jesus" I will be patronizing this location anymore. Before all this drama I met a nice young lady who had a 1 year old doxie. I remembered how she was licking the floor and hunting for yummy crumbs left behind. I know this chemical is not good for dogs to lick and I will be alerting my fellow dog lovers and owners about their toxic cleaners. Needless to say I feel like I wasted my money on a tea that I could no longer enjoy. I left without asking for a refund because I didn't want to encounter anymore snotty attitude. read more

The menu is easy to get through and you can customize just about any drink order to your specific liking. As this location is usually busy you may have difficulty finding a seat right away, but if you're willing to wait it out, it's a great spot to just sit and enjoy a beverage and maybe a pastry. They do offer a mix of food items here as well if you're feeling hungry. From pastries to sandwiches you can quell just about any appetite need. Super adorable coffee spot! Lots of outdoor seating and there were quite a number of people working on laptops inside. Order the basics, coffee, and regular latte -- both were good and to standard. I love that. They also sell ice cream and drinks, I'm guessing later in the afternoon evening since we were there in the morning during the week. It was still pretty busy for a mid week morning, but we got our drinks within a few minutes. I love the big windows, plants, and all the cute decor. I love the neighborhood this Foxtail is located in. It's quiet and slow paced, especially on a Sunday. I was the third person in line which gave me a moment to take in the scenery and snap some pictures. The shop wasn't full of people so there were plenty of seating options to choose from. After placing my order I decided to take a seat at the bar area and wait for my name to be called. I ordered a Match. They were all out of Chai. The Match was pretty good and as promised sweet without me having to add any sweeteners. I also ordered an Egg and turkey bacon bagel sandwich. I'd give it a 8/10. My favorite part about it was how nicely the bagel was toasted. Foxtail is a great place to grab a cup of coffee and a bite to eat any day or time of the week. read more

Full disclosure, we went to a coffee shop and didn't have coffee or even anything hot. BUT, they also serve Kelly's homemade Ice Cream and it's wonderful. They had several items listed on the menu which were not available and of course, I think we asked for every one of them, but I landed on the Blondie and it was great. of Note - Not sure what to get? I was excited to see this on my walk from Plant street. I have seen this pop up so much online but never got a chance to make it there myself so I took advantage once I saw it. This location specifically had an ice cream shop sharing the space but I do not think it typically has an ice cream shop. The seating was cute with a minimalistic feel. I got a caramel iced latte with oatmilk and it was good. The staff and service were super nice and helpful too I would recommend this spot to anyone who would be interested. read more

Nothing against this particular location, although their coffee is rather weak, Kelly's ice cream is great. My problem is with the company. They updated their APP software and it seems to have removed me and all my points. I've written to them the staff told me to email them and I've done that several times I was told it happened to other people and when you emailed them, they should put your account back live in your status where it was at, but it doesn't happen so I can't recommend this company because the way they treat their customers we were going here almost daily. This is no reflection on the staff at this location. They are kind and helpful but the company just doesn't seem to care about the customer. read more

I had been to a couple of Foxtail locations since it started but I did not enjoy their coffee. At this location, they did prepare the latte well and it was not a bad cup. My friends enjoyed their vanilla cold brew, Cafe con leche and an almond latte. We ordered lemon and banana nut cakes and those were tasty too. I had seen the fox cookie and had to try it because it was too cute! They had both gingerbread and sugar and the gingerbread was delish! The shop shares space with Kelly's Ice cream and it is cozy, modern, clean and comfy. The staff could be more friendly and attentive, since they totally forgot our bread and they did not let us know that our coffee was ready. Another awesome coffee shop in the area. I didn't get too adventurous, choosing the cold brew. It was tasty and balanced, without any sour aftertaste. My wife had an iced honey rose latte, which is more her thing than mine, but still good. Ambiance was also really nice here. Lots of space and natural light. read more

Finally! I can't believe how long it's taken me to get here but, Covid times... This location has a counter for Foxtail as well as Kelly's Homemade ice cream. It's a great stop for any reason. There are a good number of places to sit and work if needed. There are spots to sit both inside and out. I will say today it was very cold out so there was hardly any seating available inside. The staff is always friendly and will easily help you steer towards a decision if you need some help. Just ask. Foxtail has been growing and growing in this area so if you haven't stopped in yet, be sure to do so. I tried the special for the week and it was delicious. Really cool, laidback vibes. Very clean, staff is always cleaning and wiping counters and tables. Would be great for a quick meeting, interview or work spot. Let me start by saying their coffee is delicious--that's the only reason I'm giving any stars. The service at this location is appalling. I understand long wait times, everyone is short staffed, that's not the issue. I ordered a quiche, two sandwiches and two coffees. After I paid (mind you the lines out the door) the lady comes and tells me they're out of quiche but they had a different type: bacon and cheese--I said fine. She gives me my coffees which were the wrong size and tells me "hope you have a better day" with an attitude which I ignored. She didn't tell me there were jalapeños in the quiche so I go back in say in ask for a refund and tell her I can't eat jalapeños. She said she would process the refund later today when the line dies down. I was a bit frustrated at this point and told her it probably would have been better if they knew items were out of stock when they rang them up, mentioned items inside replacement offerings and that I'd like a receipt for the refund please. She snaps back that all I had to do was say that. (Which I did!!!) As if that wasn't bad enough, to be treated like I'm inconveniencing her for asking for what I paid for, as I'm standing there waiting for my receipt I watch the other guy they're putting sandwiches into the oven with his bare hands and taking them out with his bare hands I watched it on three separate occasions.
