The barista, made my tea EXACTLY as I ordered, without hesitation. A true barista is hard to find nowadays but Lineage has one! The Food (or in this case drink) With just the right amount of honey and steamed milk and a great robust English breakfast tea, the tea was made perfectly! It truly was one of the best I've ever had! Lineage was a cute and cozy coffee corner in East End market. It was my first time at East End market, so I was excited to look around. Obviously, I had to stop and get some coffee before doing so. I ordered an iced honey latte with almond milk. The staff was really kind and quick to prepare my order. While I typically don't get Honey as a flavor, it was sweet, but not overly sweet. I was a little shocked to see a small coffee was $7 which is partially why i reduced the rating. Stopped in to try Lineage today while I was in the area and I really enjoyed it! I did struggle to find it at first (lol) but it is located inside the market (main doors facing the street) and all the way straight back when you get in. I got the cozy cloud which is an iced vanilla latte with salty cream cheese cold foam. First, the cup was so cute. Staff was friendly and really fast despite the lunch crowd! The cream cheese cold foam was definitely salty as the name suggests - maybe a bit moreso than I anticipated, but it was good when swirled in with the espresso. I am a big fan of lineage coffee. If I'm in the area and see available parking I always stop in. The espresso is strong and will definitely wake you up! They are located in the back of the east end market. If you are in the area and want to see some cute local shops definitely stop in for a coffee. The market has a great outdoor area to eat and lounge, but the parking lot isn't huge so you may have a tough time finding parking on the weekends. We are checking out the East End Market and hubby needed a coffee. Lineage Coffee Roasting is located in the back of East End Market and faces the main entrance so they can see everyone walking in. They are located directly next to the elevator and Papi's Burritos. In front of Lineage is Gyukatsu Rose. They have a nice premium location overseeing many of the incoming traffic of people and close to back entrance and elevator. Lineage Coffee Roasting has main locations at Mills/50 on E. Colonial and also by UCF on University Blvd. This location is a small hidden spot inside the East End Market. Many people in line to get coffee on this particular day as the weather was super cold in the 40's. This is cold for Orlando ya'll. Ha. Americano is just a plain coffee and no complaints. Can't write much more than that. Good coffee, great location and nice service. I will say parking at East End Market is horrible. Very limited. Other than that, nice to have a coffee spot in this cool food hall. read more

5 Stars update for great coffee on-site, but adding a plug for their beans! I recently starting brewing my own espresso at home (though I will still reserve one or two cups at Lineage because they pull incredible shots) and have tried a few of their beans. My favorite for at-home espresso are their Modern American beans. It's light-medium roast, but turns your at-home cortados, cappuccinos, and espresso shots into coffee-shop quality cups. Plus, the staff is always wonderful with any questions and offer suggestions based on the machine I have! some background- Lineage was one of the first to bring third-wave craft coffee movement to Orlando- starting with their pop-ups at markets and then their flagship location in East End Market. They truly taught Orlandoans to appreciate good coffee and for a while only had pour overs with their roasted beans to help usher our palates in that direction. Now they have all of your typical espresso options and seasonal homemade syrups though, so don't be intimidated! My favorite is a classic cappuccino or cortado with oat milk (they use a local oat milk brand) to really taste the quality of the beans. You really don't need it sweetened because the beans usually bring a light fruity note. Most of all, I love the people. Everyone working at Lineage is lovely- even when there's a long line. My one reminder is that they open at 8am (rather late for a coffee shop), since the market only opens at that time. read more

The line made it obvious this spot was good. but you should see how fast that line moved so don't be intimidated. I got a mocha coffee which sound simple enough but they made it up. Lineage is bit pricey but you get your moneys worth in quality. Their lattes and Americanos are super smooth. They use fresh, filtered water which makes a difference. What a great little coffee spot in The east end market space.. lots of flex space with all kinds of different little unique shops both food and clothes and other things. The gentleman at coffee shop was very nice. I asked for Carmel Mach and he made something similar but it was so good. I've been here a few times for coffee, but today I wanted an iced tea. They have a good selection of loose leaf teas. I got the Hibiscus tea over ice. The cashier was very polite in suggesting teas and explaining the process. This location is in the back of east end market. It's a walk up, grab and go style spot. I really enjoy lineage coffee. On my recent trip to Orlando this was walking distance from my friends house so we went every morning for coffee. An exceptional little coffee stand located in the east end market. I for one have a blast everytime I order a drink here. My go to is the iced white, which is their home brewed iced coffee with cream and sugar. They use a keg for the iced coffee and everytime I have it, the coffee is insane with flavor. The brew is steeped nicely and has a nice coffee flavor without being overpowering. The iced white honestly tastes like melted coffee icecream and I for one love that flavor! The staff that work here are like... Ridiculously friend and have given me recommendations when it comes to the seasonal drinks. I've had a couple and love the drinks! Their tea is very good and the strength is perfect! Prices are your average artisinal coffee prices, with the large iced coffee being about $6.50. I love that they give you the option to get it without ice, so you truly get all the iced coffee in the cup! They have unique coffees choices. I was eyeing the menu & reading about their orange creamsicle flavor. When heard talk about their lemonade expresso! I look up at the barista in surprise and asked more information on the subject. Then I asked about the orange creamsicle drink and ask if there was coffee I or, they confirmed it did. So, you're standing there with several people, and they do not call out your drink. Obviously, I'm not going to grab a random drink if I'm not sure it's mine, especially since I got one of their dairy free milks. Doesn't sound like a big deal? Imagine picking up a drink with almond milk, and you're allergic to tree nuts. If you choose to ignore that, the next problem is they also got my husband's drink wrong. They either lacked interest in taking our order properly so the ticket printed out incorrectly or 9:30 am was too early for them to be working. Maybe both. My husband's drink was remade. Everything probably would've been overlooked if the drinks were good, but they weren't. I don't think my sister-in-law's drink was good either because she bought another coffee at a pastry shop we visited an hour later. There's a lot of room for improvement here, but who knows if they will care to work on anything. read more

This places gets a lot of love. The word of mouth buzz is out of this world. And the periodicals I read give it all sorts of reader rewards for being one of the best coffee shops in town. So one day, I finally get the opportunity to come and try it. I take my shot. Nestled in the back corner of the delightful East End Market, you have to go past a bunch of lovely shops on your way, and once you start sipping your delicious coffee, it keeps you in the building and makes you want to shop. I ordered the Cold Brew White on Tap, and I asked them to make it a liiittle sweeter. I don't like too sweet, but I like it sweet. They assured me that their cold brew white was juuust sweet enough. So I took their word for it, and they were right. It was delicious. Just sweet enough, definitely a strong coffee flavor, and just a great five star drink.
