My go to spot downtown for match! So cute and cozy inside, the mamma horchata matcha is delicious!!!
I've driven by Stemma Coffee probably 100 times and something always pulled me in. Today I finally stopped and I'm so glad I did. I ordered the Iced Dirty Mama: 2 shots of espresso with their house-made horchata milk and it was absolutely delicious. But what made this visit so much more than just a great drink was learning the story behind this place. Stemma was opened in honor of a late husband and father, and this mother and daughter duo are out here doing the damn thing in his name. They left little pieces of their story throughout the lobby and I think that's so beautiful and brave. You can feel the love in this place. I will 100% be back. DTO has a real gem here.
Stemma has the atmosphere you want and expect in a coffee shop- bright with unique and cool decor, and a very chill, laid back feel. They usually have a fun little list of seasonal drinks that are really experimental and abnormal. Sometimes they're really good, other times it's not too great but hey that's how experimenting goes. Overall I think their coffee is pretty good, they also serve sandwiches and small pastries. When you're looking for a coffee shop to sit at for awhile, this is one that's perfect to do that.
This coffee shop exceeded my expectations. I stumbled upon this on my way to another aesthetic coffee shop but was drawn by the unique coffee offerings and better food options, in addition to it being closer to the Lynx Central station. I tried their signature El Guerito which had pineapple foam, biscoff, and coffee - well executed with a sweet and tangy balance with a tropical vibe matching the environment. I also got the croissant sandwich - sounds plain on paper but it has avocado, tomatoes, aioli, and egg, on top of choice of meat that I opted for bacon, and it was so delicious. The croissant was so flaky and buttery and overall was a nice filling brunch. An added bonus was that it had reliable WiFi and decent amount of seats that I had no problem finding a seat.
Stemma remains a great place to grab coffee and a bite! I have tried a few seasonal drinks over the years and the Guerito stays winning first place! The downsides: parking a real b word. They still don't have water available for patrons to help themselves which is pretty standard at a lot of coffee shops. No matter how many times I bring it to their attention, they don't change their hours on the sandwich board outside *shrug* random tip: this is a great place to grab a coffee if you need to charge your electric vehicle at the OUC hub around the corner!
I have worked downtown for years and had not found a good coffee shop until Stemma. When you walk in you feel immediately welcomed with the friendly stay and beauty of the coffee shop. The coffee and food are equally delicious. You can sit and talk with a friend or just watch the coffee get roasted in front of you.

This is a great café to sit and work at or for breakfast or lunch. They have a lot of great food offerings that pair. Excellent with their coffee selection. I tried the Horchata and the Cortado and both were great. This restaurant also has A very touching Backstory. The family is from Nicaragua and opened the restaurant in honor of her father. Beyond the aesthetic it's great to support local business.
Love going here for coffee!! I typically will pop in for an iced latte, but this time around I did try out the Dirty Mama Matcha latte. While it was tasty, it did feel a little unbalanced like it was too thick. My friend got the same order and she had expressed that hers was too much cinnamon. Perhaps our palettes didn't match with that specific offer, but I do love their coffee so I'll definitely be back to get my usual!

It is huge compared to what you get at most places and it far more flavorful than your standard bacon, egg, and cheese. The shop itself has a very cool, modern, and clean design. It's on the smaller side, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. I liked it so much I actually ordered the exact same sandwich on Uber Eats a few days later. Definitely worth a visit!
True Coffee Roaster with a Cozy Feel Stemma Craft Coffee feels like a true coffee roaster. They have the roaster right in the shop, and when we were there, they were even tasting and evaluating the coffee, which was cool to see. The shop is cute and relaxed, and it wasn't busy at all, making it a nice place to stop without feeling rushed. There isn't much food--just a small selection of pastries--so it's really about the coffee here. One thing I appreciated as a non-coffee drinker is that they do offer herbal teas, so I didn't have to sit there with nothing while my husband enjoyed his coffee. Parking is available nearby, but it's metered/pay-by-QR, so plan for that. Overall, a solid spot for coffee lovers, with a calm atmosphere and a thoughtful option for tag-alongs too.

An empanada took a while so if you're in a rush I would skip the food and only order drinks. My coffee was perfection and when I finished it I immediately wanted to go back and order another one.

I came here to clear my head and get away while taking a walk downtown. It was pretty packed when I walked in so I just sat down and then ordered my coffee once the crowd slowed down. The staff was not as friendly as most coffee shops and didn't seem to have any suggestions on their favorites. It was a cute place but not sure if if return after the first experience. read more

This is easily one of my favorite coffee spots! This is a gem with great coffee, great people and vibes. The baristas are friendly and definitely know what they're doing.Their espresso drinks are smooth and the cold brew is bold and not bitter.Theres also some specialty lattes and seasonal drinks to choose from. The pastries and snack are fresh and pair perfectly with the coffee. read more

Five stars for amazing craft coffee. I tried the egg sandwich and the pour over. While It was a bit pricey you're downtown orlando and expect to pay a little more. The coffee was one of the freshest cups I have had in quite sometime. The coffee shop is cute and quaint. A handful of tables and places to sit for inside. Even a couple outside too. Jorge was very helpful as I was very indecisive of what to get but helped me and I think I made the right choice. I always get an espresso to go and was impressed with the richness of it. They do NOT validate parking even though says they do so be warned or park on street. Overall a great experience and will be back with coffee loving friends. read more

Was in the area and had to make a quick stop to get some coffee. Love the coffee here it's always perfect. Ambience is always so nice and staff is friendly. Tried el güerito coffee and it was delicious! I don't think pineapple would go with coffee but it matched perfectly. Also tried the beef empanada and the meat was so flavorful! The dipping sauce it comes with was also delicious! Need to come back to try more food as I noticed there is more options than the last time I visited. Can't wait to come back! read more
Visited STEMMA Craft Coffee for the first time last week with a friend, and I'm still thinking about it! We ordered the avocado toast topped with lightly roasted cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, a perfectly cooked egg, and a touch of balsamic glaze ~ absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The only thing I'd add is I would prefer any bread other than white as it was a bit too tough and hard to cut with a knife. I also had a latte, and wow, it was incredible. Smooth, rich, and clearly crafted with care. You can tell the baristas here know what they're doing. The Spanish girl who was assisting us was so wonderful and you could tell she likes her job which is refreshing! Parking was a bit tricky, but honestly, it's a small inconvenience compared to the quality of the food and drinks. Cozy vibe, friendly service, and amazing coffee. I'll be back next time I am in Orlando. read more
The dulce prima is very refreshing to have, as both a latte and in a matcha! The spiciness from the fig jam and the nutmeg makes you feel warm despite the drink being iced. Though you can taste the fig flavor, it doesnt overpower the taste of coffee or the matcha which is great! Easily one of my favorite fall drinks I've tried! read more

Love this coffee shop one of my favorites in Orlando. Incredible place with great vibes and atmosphere. Love their colorful decor. Staff is so friendly and fast service. Have been here twice and love their food, coffee and teas. Food is so fresh and flavorful. Love that story behind their coffee shop. Every cup of coffee is made with quality coffee beans fron Nicaragua. So far I have try their matcha latte and theit chai latte, brisket sandwich and flan. Their macadamian milk is a must have with any choice choice of cofffee, is absolutely delicious. If you a coffee lover and you are in Orlando this is a must to stop to visit. They also have pastries, sandwiches, breakfast and desserts. read more

Incredible service, wonderful atmosphere, delicious menu items! We visited Stemma for the first time a few weeks ago and the staff was helpful and attentive. We stayed for about 1.5 hours and planned a vacation on our laptops. We ordered a chai, regular latte, matcha latte, turkey sandwich and avocado toast. Everything was fresh and delicious! We also tried the coffee flan which was a hit too! As the staff cleared the table she asked how everything was and I told her it was our first time and we'd be back. She smiled and said welcome to the Stemma Family! We were delighted with our experience and will be returning customers! read more
Very cute coffee shop in downtown Orlando, lots of seating to work on your laptop and the staff was very friendly. Ordered the cortado and the guerito - a specialty coffee with pineapple foam and grated coffee on top. Both were delicious. Would definitely recommend 5/5 read more
Loveeeee the Dirty Mama! Let's start there lol. I have been obsessed with horchata recently and love that they make it in house. My son got the regular horchata (no espresso) and he thought it was great as well. The service was great and the inside was beautifully decorated. The only downside is parking....but the coffee is worth it! read more

First time visit and we are already looking forward to going back! What a beautiful space and the drinks are delicious. We tried an El Guerito and Cortado with La Naranja espresso recommended by Eva and carefully crafted by Hannah and both the service and the drinks were exceptional! We liked them so much we decided to try 2 more drinks ... the Dubai with pistachio syrup and an iced matcha latte and they were tasty too. All their coffees are sourced directly from their family farm in Nicaragua, and their syrups are made in house. And to top it all off they have a great variety of baked goods made both in house and from Buttermilk Bakery. If you are ever in Orlando, Stemma is a local gem! read more

TLDR ; good coffee & worth a visit but don't trust the cups. $7 - $9 price point. $1.25 non-dairy up charge -------- I was excited to try Stemma again because even though I hadn't been here in a few years, I always see it online and people seem to really like it. It's $1.25 up charge for non-dairy milk, and because they pre-batch recipes, they had to omit some ingredients. My coffee came out to $9.31 before tip. When I went to take the first sip, the coffee started dripping all over my clothes. After I cleaned up my clothes in the bathroom, I looked around and noticed everyone with straws in their coffees, I imagine because of the leaking cups. I do wish I was warned about the cups so I didn't have to spill it on my brand new outfit but it's not the end of the world. I think the inconvenience of not being comfortable walking around with a leaky cup will always deter me unless I have a different cup with me to use instead. The coffee was good but I really do hope they decide to invest in different cups. read more
Popped by Stemma to check them out and was surprised at how cute the space was. I got the iced El Guerito and it was really good. Price is on par with all the other coffee shops. My drink was $7.99 (opted for macadamia milk). Parking is crazy as it is downtown and metered. read more

Great staff here morning and evening at least til 6. I had very good espresso here and I had a Friday evening shot right before they closed. Luckily I was able to park in front both times. The inside decor is nice with a soft vibe. I like the good view of the roaster as well. read more

Cute little coffee/tea cafe. Smells wonderful upon entering. They have limited seating inside. You walk up and place your order and they call your name once the order is ready. They have an assortment of pastries and hot food, coffee and tea. I got the Dirty Matcha and daughter got the FL Chai. We also ordered the beef empanadas for our breakfast. Beef empanadas come with powdered sugar on top. If I knew that I would've ordered without. They have shredded beef inside and it's absolutely delicious! The matcha was good, smooth and creamy. The FL Chai was very strong. So order only if you like that strong spice in your chai. Street parking since located in downtown Orlando. If no parking on Orange, try behind the building. The line was backed up when we arrived but appeared to be because the cashier would take an order then walk away and in no rush come back to take another order to then walk away again. I think it would flow better if the cashier were only focused on taking orders. read more

Nice coffee shop right in downtown, delicious farm to cup coffee. Comfortable place to have ur favorite coffee concoction and relax or get some work done. And there's a cool little roaster off to the side. Good service too. read more
