    Iced apple cider chai
    Amenda K.

I've heard so many great things about Foxtrot, so I decided to finally give it a try. I ordered an iced apple cider chai, which was fun and different for the fall season. The apple cider flavor overpowered the chai, but it was still enjoyable nonetheless. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to read my book, and the atmosphere was lively but not too loud. There were plenty of people coming and going, and there were some working. The place is bright and spacious with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, along with a large group table in the back. Parking was tricky. There's a garage, but the gate wasn't working when I came. I was thankfully able to snag a parking spot next door, but it was really packed since the parking is shared with nearby stores and restaurants. Overall, I enjoyed my first visit here and would come back to try out a different drink next time!

Iced matcha latte with coconut milk

I was pleasantly surprised with the matcha quality here, especially with the coconut milk. It was super cold in here, but otherwise the ambiance is so cute!

Not too long ago all stores abruptly closed. THEYRE BAAAACK! This location reopened about a week ago. Same friendly service same great options exact same store. All the eclectic food finds are still there. Along with prepackaged and fresh made food. Plenty of seating to just sit sip and hang. Stop by for old times sake

    Sausage egg and cheese sandwich

Food was great although very pricey. I would recommend getting a taco and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. They were very good but really small in size. Service is chaotic and the ambiance is very crowded, at least in the morning

Okay hi hello you perfect cinnamon latte makers!! Got to finally visit Fox Trot on a gorgeous morning. I had an oat milk cinnamon latte and it was one of the best I've ever had!! I starting humming the second I tasted it. You know you love something when you start humming. The location is absolutely fabulous, right off the end of Snider Plaza. Plenty of options for parking, and one of the best patio areas with comfy couches and umbrellas! I was so impressed by this location.

Foxtrot is one of my favorite coffee shops. The coffee is delicious and the shop is lively and spacious. My go-to coffee order is an iced caramel latte with oat milk and it is truly so well made here. I also tried the harissa short rib hummus and it was so good! I would highly recommend.

This area was soo cute. Although my matcha was a lil clumpy, i did not mind because i was here for the vibes lmfao. Great place to work from home or study!!!

Perfect little market for the coffeeshop foodie. OMG the selection of meats alone stole my heart. My kids loved the little made lunch boxes. I mean my 10 yo is hard to please, super picky and quite the sophisticated eater, she could not decide, there were so many options. I love the upscale snacks and combinations that they had. Not only that but they had great drinks as well. We'll definitely be back here to try some more of the meals to order, sit down, and relax the afternoon away...

Definitely spent hours in here, as there are so many levels, room, activities, etc. Really loved the activities that were super engaging, both for kids and adults. The spots area on the bottom ground floor was super fun and not crowded at all. The price is well worth the visit! perfect place for families, and even just adults (i saw some adult friend groups who were visiting and they looked like they were having so much fun!) Parking is across the street under the highway. it's $15, which is not the best but at least it's a short walk. It was pretty easy finding a spot too.

We found a handy, handicapped space too. As you arrive to the main entry, there's a kids' outdoor play space and tables to eat lunch at. As you enter, there's a cafe and restrooms as well as a theater. You continue down a ramp to a very large space for check-in and ticketing. You then take an escalator to the 2nd floor and take an elevator up to floors 2, 3, 4 or 4M (the Birds). Note that only one elevator (the leftmost elevator) goes to floor 4M for the Bird display. I was told a hack by an employee on how to get that elevator. Rather than pressing the Up button on the wall that signals all 3 elevators, look at the door of the leftmost elevator and to the right of the door, up high is an up/down button panel. These buttons signal only this elevator. It took us about 90 minutes to visit floors. It was pretty crowded on a Friday with children. It was loud as well. My wife was using her scooter and it was a bit difficult with the crowd of people. We did not read all the displays. Only those that most interested us. Had it been less crowded, we may have stayed longer. We had a late lunch in their cafe. The food as actually pretty good. A bit on the expensive side but it was real handy to be able to eat there. We ate inside. I don't think we'll be back but we will recommend the Perot Museum to our friends and family with young children.

The DMA has a supporter membership for $120. It includes parking which would cost you $20 otherwise. You also get two free admission tickets that you can use to view the museum's collections or any special exhibitions each and every day of the year. The membership will also provide a discount at the museum store and in the snack bar. Visit twice during the year, and the membership more than pays for itself. You can buy your membership online, print the receipt, and show it for free parking. Once inside the venue, show the receipt at the check-in desk to get your free tickets to the special exhibit(s). Your DMA cards will be mailed to you in four weeks, in the mean time, use that printed receipt for everything. We renewed our membership this weekend April 2026 and went to see the Samurai Collection. Metalwork is not a favorite of mine, but I was still fascinated by the stories presented on the placards throughout the exhibit and I certainly appreciated the beautiful, intricate craftsmanship presented in each piece. I didn't realize that the Samurai swords and armor had been banned from production in Japan, so the metal workers pivoted and learned to become artisans. They started to make and repair metal embellishments, lanterns, and incense burners for the numerous temples in the country. Many of the items in this collection were from Kyoto and Nara, both places my husband and I visited in November 2009. The full body armor was fascinating. Little pieces of leather were coated in metal, painted, and woven tightly together to form a moveable, but protective layer over the body. The workmanship was exquisite. The exhibit had a few short videos you could watch to learn about the work. I especially liked the 30 second clip about the process of making cloisonné. These vases are beautiful and the process to make each one is detailed and meticulous. Kids could collect a postcard-sized scavenger hunt near the entrance and use that to stay in engaged throughout the visit. At the end, there was a sign on the wall with the answer key pictures showing which art pieces help the intricate designs they were looking for. The DMA has a permanent collection that includes a variety of art from around the globe, as well as multiple special exhibits throughout the year. Everyone is bound to find something that delights them and inspires conversation and wonder. Worth a visit!

Section 420 gave a great perspective of the entire field and the crowd around the stadium. I was charged a significant amount for food that was never delivered. After the event, I sent multiple emails and received no response. The only way I was able to recover my money was by disputing the charge through my credit card company. Before leaving the stadium, I went to Customer Service to try to resolve the issue. I have a broken foot, so making the trip across the stadium was painful and inconvenient, but I wanted to give them the opportunity to help. Instead, I was told it was a "known issue." The staff seemed completely uninterested in resolving the problem, offered no meaningful assistance, and no one even apologized. It's hard to understand how a venue hosting one of the world's premier sporting events can provide such poor customer service. My first World Cup experience should have been memorable for the match itself, not for spending weeks trying to recover money for food I never received. Very disappointing.
