This company may be good for commercial customers, but there are much better options for homeowners.

When we started with Julio's Pool Service about two years ago, he was excellent, but after about a…read moreyear the service started to go down significantly. The pool guy spent very little time at our house and the calcium buildup became noticeable. He rarely tested the water and simply removed debris and left. When he cleaned the filter, I asked him to do so on the pavement. He never did that and we had rocks that were washed away or covered with sand. It is clear that language was a problem, but I often used a translator with him so that he was clear on what I was asking him to do. Over time the calcium buildup has become so bad, we have to get a company to come to remove it. Julio, the owner, did nothing to correct the problem when I mentioned it to him today. He just defended the pool guy. Avoid this company.
