Went and got lashes last week and they are all twisted and falling off. They have not gotten the proper trading they need. She told me my lashes where short and breaking but she ends up using 18 mm lashes on me I just went through my course so now I no. 150 for these pieces of crap lashes. Then she kept stoping and talking while I was getting them done. They also had a party lmao and the girl that was doing my lashes kept going over to the party.. The owner and her had some smart remarks to say about me, but the owner said to the girl I'll tell you later like when I leave, so unprofessional like I'm not right here..her worker is sooooooo ghetto omg..and she allows it and don't care. Every time I've given this place a chance over the years, I'm left disappointed. Today I called ahead to see if they would remove lashes put on by someone else, which they said they do for $25. I went, signed in, and sat for 30 minutes only to be told they were out of the solution used to remove lashes. How is a lash place out of lash remover? I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I want you to imagine someone telling you that their OWN sister owns the salon, and still having as bad of an experience as this. I have been getting waxed for over 3 years almost every two weeks and I wouldn't wish this salon on my worst enemy. The lady who did my wax claimed that her sisters owns the salon took THREE AND A HALF HOURS TO DO ONE BRAZILIAN WAX AND MY LEGS. She would leave in the room while I was completely uncovered in the middle of my service for over 10 minutes over 5 different times. I ended up finding out that she was WAXING MY PRIVATE while ALSO doing someone's lash extensions which is why she kept leaving so much. The place itself was soo so so so so dirty and there was hair EVERYWHERE in my "private room" where the whole salon could hear me actually crying at how terrible this lady was at waxing. Like I said I get waxed every two weeks so I know a terrible esthetician when I see one. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS, she was making jokes in front of other clients while making fun of me(not knowing I can here in their room with no roof) with her other coworkers. "We need to order more wax because I just used 4 cans on that girls body. Hahahahahhahaha". When I got home, I had wax ALLL OVER ME. I had to pry off my underwear because it was literally stuck to my skin from all the excess wax she left on me and from my peeled off skin because of how hott the wax was. This place is disgusting and she didn't even bother to clean before waxing someone. Currently i have purple bruises all over me, layers of skin burnt off from the hot wax, AND I still have wax stuck on hair. I left their completely in tears from the pain and her and the coworker we're laughing at me. This poor owner trusts her sister with her salon and I'm stunned at how she treats customers. No way this place would ever make it big time with the customer service and absolutely terrible service. I wouldn't wish this agonizing experience on my worst enemy. there is so much more that I could go on and on about like the fact that she gave me a dirty towel after using a handful of oil to try and get the stuck wax off me or the fact that she kept using the exact same wooden stick because "she was only using that can of wax on me so it's sanitary". This was a terrible experience. So unprofessional and wouldn't recommend going here even if it is dirt cheap . As someone who works at Woodcliff as an esthetician - YOU GET WHAT U PAY FOR !!!!they ruined my nice lashes for NYE party. had an appointment for New Year's Eve @ 4pm... I cAlled in the morning - ASKING if it'd be okay to come in at 4:30 instead (and said if not I'll be there at 4 sharp) she says absolutely come on over at 4:30 that's fine. So I call at 4:25 (being in the mall for 19 mins already trying to find them - ask several businesses where they're located & even put my walking gps on and could t find it! Called them and their phones were OFF. Wouldn't even ring through. So I called several times finally getting through and they said sorry you're late you'll have to reschedule! I ask to speak to the manager and she's BUSY doing someone's lashes ..... wtf, if you're doing lashes as the manager than do MINE. I already paid for my lashes & made the apt originally on December 30th. I recorded the phone call as I was so upset and their customer service was comical. I know the unprofessional drama that occurred at the location in Rochester. The manager is friendly, but does not protect employees and gossips about them behind their back. She has no management skills. They promise training then constantly stay understaffed so it cannot happen. This interrupts careers, and you are forced to sign a contract that you won't work elsewhere. This is a predatory practice on new estheticians. They aren't even paid as much as certified and educated estheticians should be. There is no room for growth. The manager will blame the employee for HER mistakes or lack of communication. They force employees to come in if they've been exposed to COVID. They didn't have barbisol to sanitize equipment for an extended period of time and still saw clients. The entire environment is toxic AND unsanitary for both the employees and clients. read more

It's weird watching a business change over the years. I've been coming here since 2011 every two weeks like clockwork. I've seen the technicians come and go. The sad thing is the new techs. are slow and not as polite each new person has their own thing they bring to the table but most of the time I don't enjoy what is being served. The upbeat ,cheerful , friendliness is missing most days and the choice of music is depressing. I hope they start requesting customer surveys and input as I'm afraid if not they are going to lose long time loyal customers. It was so different with Denise, Edna, Felicia the owner were all here. They were awesome . Denise is still awesome and does flawless lashes but you have to check to see when she is in. It seems like whenever I have an emergency lash do she isn't here smh. read more

If I could do a review without giving a star I would. My experience has been one for the books. I was referred to this young lady by my cousin that lives in Rochester NY. I myself live in Richmond VA..... I reached out to her via IG about purchasing some of her magnetic lashes. Her videos/post on IG made her seem very energetic and sweet. She was very knowledgeable of the them so I thought I'd give her a chance and support her business. When I first reached out she was very quick to respond. I placed an order with her for a set of (5 set magnetic lashes) I paid her via Cash App $35. Keep in mind I sent her payment immediately after placing the order and also gave her my address. She thanked me and said that she would be sending my order out the following morning. A week went by and I still hadn't received my order. I then reached out and asked her if I could get a tracking number because I still hadn't received my order. RED FLAG #1 she gave me the excuse of "I sent it, sorry for a delay, give it a few more days,but it's coming tho, I would never take your money and not send"... all in all she hadn't sent the product. 4 days later I finally received my product. Ok great right?!? ... Nope! RED FLAG #2 I opened it and I received the wrong set from what I ordered. I reached out and told her that she sent the wrong thing. Only then did she say "ohh we ran out of the set you ordered (5pc set $35 based off her promotion video) but we sent you the next best thing(3pc set $20 based off her promotional video) (her opinion) that actually cost more than what you paid for. RED FLAG #3 based off the video she owed me a $15 refund because she didn't send the right thing and she said she sent better in which she didn't) I gave her the benefit of the doubt and let that part slide. However, the right thing for her to do before sending out, was to reach out and explain to me she didn't have what I ordered and then asked me if it was ok for her to send me the other set instead of assuming I'd like it. But anyway, I let it slide and wanted to give the lashes a try because I was excited about wearing them. Well when I went to use the liquid magnetic liner IT WAS DRY!!! And I mean dry dry like the Sahara desert. I shook it repeatedly to see if maybe it was just a little stuck but still no good luck. I then told her immediately what the issue was. She suggested that I shake it up. I told her that I did and I even did it again. She said and I quote "I'll send out another bottle of liner in the AM" (that message took place on Friday October 30th.... ) On November 4th I reached out again asking her about the liner because I still hadn't received it. She looked at it and didn't respond. November 6th I sent her another message with some eyeball emojis. She didn't respond until the 7th saying "it's on the way". Well on November 11th I reached out again asking for a full refund because I still hadn't received my stuff and I explained that this was some of the worst customer service I received supporting Black Owned Businesses. She read my message and never replied. November 17th I reached out to her on IG again explaining my frustration and disappointment in her service and also requested a refund also telling her she could get her defective product back. I've also sent multiple request on CashApp for my refund. STILL NO REPLY!!! Here we are November 22nd and I don't have my stuff nor a refund . She went on IG live so I commented about my product, on live she claimed she sent it and then said she'd reach out after she got off video. Well it's going on midnight, that live took place at 8pm something. Still no message, no refund..... NOTHING!! This has been THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service experience. This was my second time going to marketplace mall Fracassi Lashes on a Sunday when they were supposed to be opened at 11 a.m. Two weekends ago, nobody was there, no sign of their hours, nothing! I googled then this morning, it said they opened at 11 a.m.. I got there 11:05, lights were on, security gate was closed. I called from in front of the store. No answer. I called their store in Greece Town Mall who told me they should be opened. They would call the manager or her sister to find out what was going on and call me back. She called me back, said the employee was "on break" and would be returning shortly. WHO GOES ON BREAK BEFORE OPENING A STORE??? I waited another half hour (don't ask me why), still no one came. I called Greece Town back to let them know, no one showed up and they last a customer. They may be good, who knows, but I'll NEVER know because I will NEVER go back! read more

I had a very bad experience, I had microblading done. I should of known better when they asked me to pay before they began the service. My eyebrows are not even and not even shaped the same. I expressed my unhappiness about the uneven brows immediately. I let them know I didn't want extremely dark brows as I am a blonde. They were way to dark and I was told they would lighten up after a couple of days, this didn't happen. I also was not give any after care instructions. I called them to ask and they told me just soap and water. When friends and family saw my brows they immediately noticed the difference in height and shape. I did end up having to get anti biotics from my doctor. I am now going to a different spa that has all kinds of certification in this field for correction. They said the microblading was cut 3 times deeper than necessary and way to much ink was applied. You get what you pay for, my advice is to check credentials and customer reviews carefully. I would never recommend them to anyone. I went to the Syracuse, NY located in the Destiny Mall, the person who does micro blading is only available on Saturdays as she comes in from Rochester. read more

Been there twice before and the lady that did them was excellent. Went yesterday and had a different person and I was extremely unhappy. She was nice but the job she did was horrible. I had so much glue on them, it was on my eye lids and she never cleaned it off. They were so clumpy and both eyes were done differently. I got home and had to take them off. First time ever getting false lashes and probably my last for a very long time :( I had gotten them done before a trip and their life expectancy was nil. The lady who was very nice and talkative wasn't very good at applying them and they were clumped on top of each other which made my eyelash line felt crowded with glue and il-kept. I had to take them off myself after three days of wearing them because of how uncomfortable and disastrous they looked! After looking in the mirror I noticed I had gotten a gross stye along where the lashes has sat and I'm a very cleanly person! :( I hate to bash this place since the lady was so nice but the job itself fell so short of what I expected and the cleanliness wasn't there. read more

Buyer beware! I have been using this salon for years to get eyelashes before I go to Vegas. This time the technician told me if I upgraded my lashes to the million dollar lashes that they would be guaranteed for 2 weeks, the regular lashes I had always gotten lasted just about that, but I figured since I would be in Vegas for a bit why chance it! Well, they came off sooner than the regular ones! I called from Vegas to let them know, even took a pic with the date visible on my phone and guess what???? They told me they don't offer the guarantee, but I could come back and spend $5 for a fill, I then express that 1/2 my lashes are off and it will be 2 weeks at least before I can get back and it wouldn't still be a fill!! The women on the other end said she understood what I was saying and it would still only be the $5!!! So I just came today to get my $5 lashes and I was told it's only $5 off. The tech I spoke with was the one who originally put my lashes on and said she remembers what she said and now the guarantee was only up to 2 weeks!!! I reminded her I only upgraded because the said they guaranteed them for 2 weeks!!! Nope not willing to budge!! I can't recommend a company that won't stand behind what their technician claim!!!
