We had 2 round pizzas: pepperoni & hot honey (tasty & really hot) and the tomato & burrata. BOTH were fantastic. The toppings were fresh, the crust was delicious and baked to perfection. If you like doughy soft crust, the round pizza is definitely not for you. We didn't try the Sicilian so I can't speak to that. As for the staff, there was a young woman at the counter who was polite and attentive. The other 2 ladies in the back were preparing the pizzas and walked to the front a few times, they were also friendly. As for the service charges, yeah I agree that the service charge should be earned, and our team did, so we didn't have an issue with it. It is also a bit pricey so I'm holding one star. Overall, our party was happy with the pizza and the staff. We will be going back as we loved the pizza! We plan to try the Kendall location as it's close to home.
