However now I returned since they have a Gianvito Rossi outlet, something I certainly never expected to find. Given the very few shops they have within the United States, this was worth coming to. I didn't find anything for myself, but it was nice to see their presence here. Not too far was a Stuart Weitzman and Jimmy Choo (again, no luck). Even though I left empty-handed, they still have a great selection here, more so than Camarillo outlets.

He was a factor in why we we returned. Located in the Desert Hills Premium Outlets section near Nike and next to Saint Laurent. You cant miss it. You may have to wait to enter but the line should move rather quickly as it did both times for us. All the employees were friendly but Lantz is the person you have to see. Great personality and deserving of your time, you will see. We purchased a zipper around Luce wallet for my mother and a messenger bag I've had my eye on for a while. The wallet she will really like as it looks like an archival piece similar to what she's had in the past and ones that have been handed down to her by my grandmother. Very happy with our purchases. Bottega Veneta is more quality driven than even Chanel and Gucci... (and Fendi). Everyone was so nice, the security and other SA are approachable, except for the one assigned to me. I encountered a lot of them in other luxury boutiques) but when I ask for sizes, he is so cold, passive and he keeps on saying no to everything. I thought of asking for another SA but I want to be respectful. I also thought if I did something bad that offended him but I know I stayed calm and quiet during my stay. If he could send me out of the store, I am sure he already did. I just started shopping that day so I decided to visit other designer stores. Hours later, I think they noticed me passing back and forth at their door with a bunch of shopping bags. He came out of the store and asked me if I wanted to try the items I asked for hours ago, this time, he said they have all the sizes I requested but I politely declined his offer with a fake smile. I have decided not to shop at any BV outlets or boutiques unless it is in the usual store where I buy my stuffs. BV should be more careful in hiring people. SA like him should not be working in these kinds of boutiques if he does not have an accommodating attitude. Buyers come in this kind of places to shop expecting an ethical approach just like other shops whether it is luxury or not. What a great disappointment from BV. Four ladies walked out (one group) so they let one group (two people) go in. I think people just linger longer inside once they get in because they've spent so much time getting in. Very stupid system. I just wanted to browse and look for purses. Walked away after 20 minutes because only one group ahead of me got in during that time frame.

I love my new bag…read more I went on a really hot day and walked in and immediately knew what I wanted. My eyes fell right onto this cute little black bag. I honestly don't remember who helped me out, but luckily he went to the back and got the last brand new bag they had. The service was impeccable and the store was extremely well kept.
