I don't always write a review when we stop at Skechers in Moreno Valley. This time I wanted to thank all the staff at this store for a clean store and rest room and great popcorn. A lot of discounted items were displayed just outside the front entrance and I could spent another half hour just browsing. The lovely missus is already inside and looking in the women's shoe department. Funny how We were both wearing Skechers going into the store. She found a replacement of the model she wore and two other great looking shoes and I looked and looked and even tried on some sandals and memory foam shoes. The backwall of discounted shoes has just about everything....but what I wanted... but its ok, the Skechers shoes I'm wearing are still in great shape. The lovely missus gets her BO/GO@50% promo. The store is big, clean, and organized with many footwear options for the entire family, plus apparel (there's a Café adjacent to the store). I drove to the warehouse from Hemet, CA. I was very pleased that the bathroom wasn't too far from the front door and that it was clean! I am not sure if I was greeted or not, but I didn't hear it if I was. I came ready to purchase several pairs of shoes since I have not purchased anything new since 2018. It would have been nice for one of the salespeople to ask if I needed help because I did, no such luck. After going in circles, I found a pair of black ones that I liked that would be for casual wear. I was now looking for walking shoes and a pair to wear to the gym. I finally asked an employee who talked me out of buying the black pair and started showing me a different one that was burgundy. Then poof, just like that, she disappeared. I found her and asked her what she was trying to show me, and she stated nothing she thought I was done. At that same moment, a customer next to me said she did the same to her. Wow. It may be a good idea for your employees to ask, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" Or at least let us know that she is moving on to do something else. I felt so dumb. I mean, she was nice and all, maybe she felt uncomfortable because her English wasn't that great but I understood her just fine. I didn't have an issue with it. I only left with two pairs. I feel slighted, especially since there was a sale going on. On another note, how am I in a warehouse of shoes and I can't find blue or red shoes? In the whole warehouse? The male cashier also seemed to have had a little attitude as well. Maybe they had a team meeting in the morning and got yelled at? I think my expectations were way too high since the building looks really impressive from the outside, especially from the freeway and since the SKECHERS cafe had really good food. It's a decent sized store with not only shoes but some athletic wear and shirts. From the other factory outlet stores I've been to, there's been massive sales or extreme mark downs for out of season or slightly "imperfect" goods, but even in the clearance section here, everything was super pricey. Today I went in to purchase 3 pair of shoes. The employees were very unprofessional, the very inexperienced manager (Veronica) had no idea how to act in a professional business manner. The store is almost empty, the clearance rack is as big as the new arrival section and the employees could care less about anything. If this place files for bankruptcy, it will not be a big shock. This location is a bit off the beaten path, but the excellent prices and outstanding customer service make it worth the trip. On the day we shopped there, they had complimentary popcorn. Also there's a snack bar with reasonable prices and delicious coffees. The store itself is huge with a great selection of shoes for women, girls, men, and boys. I really appreciated the separate section for wide shoes. My father-in-law is difficult to shop for, but he found a pair he loves and now wears everyday. All in all a great experience and great products at very attractive prices. read more

Former Skechers Maintenance Tech 3rd Building. Wanted to share my experience, worked here for 4weeks, I was told that I would be trained on the job, never did I had to learn by asking questions, which is why I got fired, even though I completed all the task I was told by my supervisor Chris and Jesus. The place has favoritism, co worker that's been there for a while was getting trained on shuttles for 2 full weeks side by side. I never received that training. And apparently drinking and smoking THC/WEED on breaks is okay as long as it's unnoticed. I was offered to by a coworker, who recently got hired on after 6 months of working there to " take a hit out of his pen". The supervisor Chris is not professional, he told of a racist joke " why can't Mexicans bbq, because beans fall through the grill " I don't understand how that would be okay to say in a group of only Hispanics other coworkers of mine also heard. The only reason people don't speak up is because we're Temp to hire, so we're on the edge of our employment. We love this place! We get the best value for our money here. Make sure you check the Clearence section first. We found 70% off and the same shoe was regular priced in the showroom floor. The Clearence shoes come from all other stores and that was why. Or so I was told. The kids live the kid zone and they really like the gum and popcorn. It's really a fun place to be and shop. First visit here after friends of mine told me about it. The place is very clean, huge and not too crowded as we came early in the morning on weekday. There is a small cafe just outside that very comfortable, clean and easily accessible. Inside the store, men section is on the right side, women is on the left side and so is the kid's section. Middle area are where the clothing is. As for the clothing, I was a bit surprised as they don't have much selections. I am guessing that those are all what Sketchers have. Men's shoes has a big, wide varieties. They all very comfortable as the inner sole has integrated with memory foams. Prices range from $30 - $80 with the 2nd pairs usually 50% off. The host and people there are friendly and helpful. They will tell you what kind of deal that they have currently. If you need Sketchers shoes, go there and try them out. Now if you are familiar with this business, you know that they have pretty good prices most of the time. So if you're lucky enough to catch the kind of sale we did, well no words are needed. We spent about 3 hours trying clothes and shoes on. We had a ball and when we got to the check out we received even more savings. Some of our items were an additional 50% off. The thing I like most about this store is the really good prices. The second thing is that you don't have hiding sales people, they are right in sight. If you need help they are usually just a few steps away and eager to help. This was my third time at this location and the service is unmatched. I can't think of another retail store like it. " Jennifer Guzman Was Awesome" ! My wife and I went to the Skechers Factory Outlet and distribution center in Moreno Valley this week, and had a great experience. The Distribution Center has a massive amount of huge warehouses on an 88 acre property, next to Highway 60. The Factory outlet building is at the start of the warehouses which also has a food restaurant and large outside seating areas. Skechers is one of the largest shoe companies in the United States and is headquartered at Manhattan Beach, California. The Moreno Valley distribution center of Skechers consists of state-of-the-art technology and is a 1.82-million-square-foot distribution center. The Moreno Valley distribution center was opened in late 2011. The pay is higher in this warehouse as compared with others and much of the work is automated. The entire warehouse is a green-building which implements energy saving features such as solar panels. I had been looking at skechers shoes on line for weeks, and had ordered many skechers shoes that were mailed to me , but a lot of them I had to send back because they did not fit right. So by going to the massive Skechers Factory outlet I could look, try, and wear all of the skechers model shoes that I was interested in at the same time. The Factory Outlet was in perfect condition. All of the shoes and boxes were perfectly organized, and the entire Outlet was so clean. I met Jennifer Guzman a Skechers Factory Outlet employee and asked Jennifer many questions about the different shoe models I was looking at. Jennifer was so nice as she went all over the facility getting my shoes that I could try on, and answered all of my questions so nicely. Jennifer wanted to make sure that I was very happy with my shopping time, and my final purchase items. Jennifer was a very nice and knowledgeable employee. This always a great place for a rest stop either coming or going to Cali. Always feels good to stretch the legs and do a little shopping. There are always sale items about. I usually check the clearance racks. The store is relatively clean and the bathrooms typically are as well. The store is large and perhaps a little overwhelming. Be prepared to have shoe overload!
