First of all Shannon is AMAZING! She is so professional, but at the same time going to see her for services is like hanging out with a close girlfriend! Her studio is easy to find and very clean and welcoming, parking is always available and she is ALWAYS on time with her appointments. I initially began seeing Shannon at Fraiche for Brazilians as I have terrible reactions to shaving and hot wax. I was blown away by how much less painful sugaring was and by how well my super sensitive skin reacted. I now return every 3-4 weeks for a Brazilian and I will continue to do so until I can afford laser hair removal ;). After falling in love with sugaring I then decided to let her take over my brows as well and I am SO happy! I have never been able to wax them and threading was an annoying, painful option that was inconvenient. Shannon takes her time with brows and they are her favorite thing to sugar and she is so talented. My eyebrows are always receiving compliments now! On top of the sugaring she is also a fantastic facialist and she does eyelash tinting! I had her tint my eyelashes before summer so I would not have to apply mascara or worry about makeup running down my face with water activities. I was so pleased and it looked like I had on mascara for 8 weeks after the application. Her facials are also relaxing and affordable and she gives you the celebrity treatment. Shannon is very knowledgeable about skincare and beauty secrets that she will gladly share with you too. Every time I go in I learn another secret I had never known! Shannon has a gift. A real gift. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she is such a joy. She truly loves what she does and it shows. I have tried microblading before with another practitioner in Portland (not to be named) who I had the most horrible experience with. I was a bit nervous trying another round, but when I walked into Shannon's studio I immediately felt comfortable with her. She talked through the procedure with me and gave me a thorough explanation of the process and what she thought would be the best way to go given her expertise. Haley did an awesome job with my lashes. She took time at the initial consult to discuss how I wanted my lashes to look, explaining to me the various options, and the end result left my very happy. The lashes, though natural looking, make a huge difference to my overall look. I like also that the techs at Fraiche put a priority on not damaging your natural lashes. Overall I felt very comfortable throughout the process. I've had my lashes done at several different places over the years and would say this experience has been one of the more pleasant ones. No stinging, no feeling rushed, no stress when the lashes don't turn out right. And parking (at least for 3:30 apt) was a breeze at the new location. The prices are reasonable and you are in good hands with Haley.
