They chipped one of my cabinets I tried to hide it with great putty PS my cabinets are white. I had to hire another general contractor to correct some of the errors. I spoke with another contractor that works with Ren they came to inspect my kitchen they said there were a lot of errors. The supposed to caulk the upstands and the countertops they told me no they don't do that. They were also supposed to seal the voids on the end of the wall where the two cabinets met and it was an empty space they didn't do that. I was out I was told by Wren that they were supposed to do this as well. They did a half ass job I would recommend them to a dog.

It was close to closing time when I called but decided to give it a shot as I needed a door installed ASAP. To my surprise, Dorian answered the phone. I let him know what I needed and he even came that same night after hours to do a consultation. Once he assessed, and understood the urgency he sent a quote that night, and made an appt that same week to install the door/door frame. He sent me all my options and picked everything up at Home Depot for me so I didn't have to move a finger. Dorian answered texts promptly, was very careful with his work, and kept me updated throughout the day on progress/issues he found when installing my door. While he was working he listened to my needs and customized the door to what I needed. At the end of the job he even offered to fix some messed up door locks in the house that my sister mentioned weren't working properly, free of charge. Everything was a seamless process from start to finish. You can tell Dorian takes pride in his work and it shows. I would highly recommend Dorian and the Handyman team for your needs. Now I have a handyman that I will only be using in Fairfield CT.

After getting a proposal, accepting it and scheduling the appointment for tree trimming for the first week of January, we had a snowy winter. I was told they'd come do my trees when there wasn't snow on the ground. I made multiple calls to them in January and February and was eventually told they'd get to me in the spring. I wasn't happy about that because it would have been best to have the trees trimmed before all the snow and wind storms... After making 5 calls to them in mid-April I finally connected with Faith again who told me I was 2nd on the list of jobs. Then I got a call today to let me know they were not doing anymore tree work this spring and I am SOL. I am surprised by how unprofessional this interaction was and now I am back to getting proposals from other companies. The worst part is I would never have known they were not planning on doing the job unless I was so persistent in calling. Bottom line: Don't waste your time.

After calling the company and after the owner agreed to cover (only) 75% of the cost of repair, he disappeared and ignored my many phone calls and emails. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which he has ignored as well. I will be taking him to court. My advice, stay away! Absolutely horrible!!
