The proprietor of this lovely shop - Teah, is friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. I used to have my work framed at Hull's down the street, and while Hull's isn't bad, this place is next level, and yet I don't think Merwin's is any more expensive. If I'm not mistaken they seem to be competitively priced, but at Merwin's you really feel like you're in the right place. Trust me, if you're anywhere close, or heck... even if you aren't, I urge you to give this place your business. I last had some prints framed there back in 2022, and just left something to be framed a couple of days ago, and thought - I have to write a review about this place. The work they do is top notch, the service is without equal because you're dealing with Teah @ Merwin's.

I live over 45 minutes from Frame Creations--it is definitely worth the drive to see Matt. He listened to how I envisioned the framing, gave me some suggestions and we came up with a plan for the framing. Today, I picked up the piece. It was stunning and exactly how I hoped it would be. They have sooooo many to choose from. They vary greatly with some being modern and some looking like theve been there since the store opened. That was part of what I used to like about this store; finding useful things from the 70/80/90's that are no longer made but still were useful. From an informative, patient and friendly salesman (Joe) to everyone else in the store, we were treated as well as we could have desired. Prices were a bit lower than those of other dealers, too. The delivery was seamless, respectful of our home, and completed by two very pleasant people. They also have an extraordinary gift shop, which we found to be a hidden gem in itself. In all respects we find this store to be a refreshing departure from other furniture stores, and it will be our go-to place from here forward.

I compared them to the big box stores and the choice was clear. Real siding, fantastic selection , no particle board just real wood , pressure treated where it matters. The door seals so tightly the mice won't be invading. The best part though was the service. Steve took his time going through options and when he delivered it , right on time, he astonished me with his skills. He backed his truck and trailer down a very narrow area and then placed the shed exactly in the right spot. Very few drivers would even try backing in this spot but he made it look like child's play . This saved us a lot of money over having a shed built on site. My neighbors now all have shed envy.

Very easy to deal with, straight shooter, and the service end has been great also. We've had the pool house for quite a few years and a couple of screens got ripped by our kids and Steve came out and personally installed new ones in a timely fashion. Can't say enough good things.
