So sad. I really wanted to work with Framed on a special project. The woman, who spoke with me on the phone, was so discouraging. I actually have no budget limits. I want to create a great photo. I wanted to return to this shop, work with the Artist, who is possibly still on staff, and create this special photograph. I've had a total of 5 fairly large pieces framed here to date, including high quality fine art prints as well as some of my own artwork. Every piece has come out fantastic. I couldn't be more happy with the experience. The prices are reasonable, the frame selection is extensive and beautiful, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful with making selections. One print slipped off the backing shortly after framing (it was a large print on heavy cotton paper at 34X48 with matte and frame) and they took it back and re-set it without hesitation. I am a fairly new artist, feeling my way around this hobby that I've grown to so love. Not knowing much about art, I was using Michael's to frame my work. Being a big business, they're very visible and those coupons, WOW!....NOT! I just recently discovered through an online art group that Michael's professed sales are not really sales. So, I decided to check out my local frame store, and boy am I glad that I did! The store was barely noticeable in a small strip mall near where I live, but from the moment I walked in I knew this would be a place I could trust with my artwork (as an artist, your work is not replaceable if ruined, lost, etc.). Anyway, the staff warmly welcomed me, quickly helped me make some great decisions for framing options and talked with me like I had been going there all of my life. All of this for prices less than the 80% off coupons that Michael's hands out like candy. Now I can't imagine myself having anyone else frame my work. I have an exhibit happening in May. I was very impressed with the variety of frames that they had, the friendliness and professionalism of their staff, and the suggestions that they made to help me frame the several prints that I had. Their pricing was reasonable, and delivery took a couple of weeks. When I came in to pick up my pictures, I had a question about another print that I had that lacked the clarity that I was looking for. They recommended another company that could produce a higher quality of print (the photo was stored on my phone). I visited the store, told the owner that Framed had sent me over and they produced a print that was three times as good as the one that I had from the other store. I will go back to have do the my frame for the print. So happy! read more

As a semi-pro photographer with 3+ decades of work behind me, I have to say that Liz and her colleagues at Framed are the very best at what they do, bar none. The selection of frames, etc., is very good, but it's the meticulous crafting of each finished piece that really tells the story.
