The Framestore offers museum-quality framing to everyone for a fair market price. The quality of the framing, matting, etc., is beyond compare. My artwork had creases and was beginning to show damage around the edges, the Framestore representative, Jason was extremely knowledgeable, professional and ethical. It was my choice to either have the artwork framed cheaply and not prevent future damage or to invest some money, not an exhorbitant or outrageous price, to preserve the painting as beautiful as it could be; there was no hard sell. I recommend the Framestore to everyone who wants to protect and preserve a valuable art object for the future...it is worth every penny. Can't tell you how many compliments my family and I have received now that our artwork is beautifully displayed and I am delighed to know that generations after me can enjoy it as well. On a final note, priced the artwork with other framing stores, including the cheapest, couldn't beat the quality of the craftmanship for the price. The FrameStore in Manhattan Beach is the best frame store in Los Angeles. The variety and quality of frame styles available at this store surpasses all other frame shops that I have done business with. It's nice to have so many options when you bring in a piece of artwork to be framed. Over the last 2 years I have had 10 paintings framed at this store and all were perfect and always delivered when promised. Jason the consultant/designer at the store is very knowledgeable when it comes to suggesting frame styles and I appreciate that he takes time with me so I can find the perfect frame that's within my budget. I've been taking my artwork to the FrameStore in Manhattan Beach for the last five years. Jason, the salesperson, is knowledgeable about art and has great suggestions on how to best frame each piece. The framing is carefully done and has added value to the artwork. Their prices are slightly higher than Michael's and Aaron Brothers but the knowledgeable staff and the beautifully crafted frames make it worth the added cost.
