Sad to say many of the criticisms that I read before we arrived were not harsh but frank and fairly deserved. Except for those that criticized the staff's attitude I wonder about the customers' attitude. The staff really tries to please. My crux of frustration comes from nice Brazillian employees working in a restaurant where communication (especially in English) is lost. It seems not to be of any concern to management. Plus, our charming hostess could not clearly explain how this concept works. Luckily, my friend was experienced in the 'meat of moment' experience but it is insane that we could not consistently understand the cut of meat being offered. Filet was a no brainer. Also, it happened to be the best of all...exceptional actually! But this cut was one of 6-7 choices, plus 2 chicken choices. Everything else almost inedible-death by salt. The funky buffet was a hodgepodge of iceberg salad posing as a Caesar, cold broccoli...yet nicely done hot mashed potatoes. I found it odd and inconvenient they offered a tiny bowl of Chimichurri at the buffet instead of each table being outfitted with a steak lovers goto's; Chimichurri, A1, Garlic butter, caramelized onions, mushrooms, etc... a nice set up to enhance a memorable experience. What was memorable was my active participation in lending a hand to the staff and helping the only English speaking employee, their only Bartender, how to make a drink. She not only did not know what a Moscow Mule was she showed me the pitiful lowly inventory of mixers. Okay, I settled for a double shot of Patron...chilled over. The young barkeep was not even outfitted with a bar strainer. I laughed as I showed her how to use her parring knife to strain the tequila from ice. That was Loony Tunes Cra-cra-CRAZY! Sadly FSBS just does not care about the basics. Sadly, don't expect them to invest in making sure you had an indelibly good time. Ordered take out spent 90.00 , food was horrible, asked side of rice and beans , only got beans , order desert gave us totally wrong desert because they were out at 5 pm ??? Meats were dry .like they gave us meat that was just sitting there . My recommendation is don't order take out because they give you whatever they want , go and pick out what you want to go. Framingham Station is a lovely neighborhood churrascaria, and offers a welcome break from chain restaurants. During the COVID-19 pandemic, my family and I have been ordering in from here on a regular basis. In addition to the rodizio style meats, my personal favorite is the stroganoff, which pairs well with steamed rice and batata palha (crunchy potato sticks) - love the textures and flavors! I also enjoy the sides, especially the rich and creamy potato salad. All this deliciousness may be washed down with some refreshing guarana or some acerola juice, and polished off with some pudim de leite condensado (flan). read more

The staff is very nice and attentive including the staff that brings meat to carve at your table and this is where my compliments end. I think food quality is at the heart of any restaurant and Framingham Station disappointed me on many levels. The table side service brought a mixture of overcooked fresh meats to overcooked old meat. Texturally unpleasing, gristly and dry. A terrible waste of food if it weren't attempted to be re-served as a last attempt to save it. The dim lighting served multiple purposes beyond setting an ambience-- it also had a role in hiding the grey meat I was served. A walk around the "salad" bar left me concerned for my health with rotting lettuce and discolored watermelon nestled in the shadows. The Pao de queijo reminded of me of an amateur home recipe gone wrong, like the wrong flour, no cheese, dry like it was made in a dehydrator instead of an oven. This place had many tables seated and I left as confused as I had first entered. I fortunately didn't get sick but I did feel terribly disappointed. Please, if you dare venture in for the historical architecture, preview the "salad bar" and judge for yourself if it's worth trying that day. If you like Brazilian steakhouses, you'll love Framingham Station! Or if you like food in general - specifically, if you like meat. Every thing is cooked and seasoned perfectly. The servers are attentive, and staff overall is great. The building is also neat, being in an old train station. Would recommend. Definitely go on an empty stomach and if someone offers you a chicken heart, squeeze some fresh lime on it - as per the recommendation of a server; it's excellent! We live nearby and have gone a few times both for special occasions... and just on a whim because it's that good! What a great experience! The man at the front who greeted us was very personable. The food was so delicious! The meats were so fresh and full of flavor, and the buffet was delicious. It's nice to see the buffet open- they have it roped off and they serve you what you want due to covid restrictions. The service from start to end was great- all of the staff were extremely warm and friendly. The restaurant was very clean as well. We drove an hour to check this place out and so glad we did; we will definitely come again soon. read more

We went on a Wednesday for the all you can eat promotion they have, when I tell it was the worst experience ever do believe me! I've been there so many times and it was always a pleasure. It had been a while since we went back and on a second thought we should've kept that way. The meat would only go to one big table and the smallest groups of people (like me and my fiancé) would not get any. When the meat would get to us it was rare and we brought to their attention that we liked it either medium well or well done; the server simply made an annoyed face as if it was a lot to ask of them. I love this place. The management is fantastic. The customer service is outstanding. The food is absolutely delicious. Very elegant inside. Pros: a wide selection of meats including bacon wrapped chicken, lamb and tons of different cuts of beef. Drinks are unbelievable with a wide selection of wine. I love the lime-aid drink. It's buffet style with a wide selection of cold salads, fruit, to chicken wings, mashed potatoes, rices, pork, plantains and vegetables. Then there are the deserts. WOW, they have about 10 choices from ice cream, cake, flan etc. Cons: not enough parking spaces. I eat a low fat plant-based diet. I was invited by my friends to this restaurant. It was a self-serve and there was a lot of fruit to eat. The fruit quality was good. Mango, oranges, pineapple, kiwi and Watermelon. Watermelon was the best. Ordered a pineapple juice and it was good. I think there was steamed rice and beans and couple other side dishes. We happened in here from picking a friend up at the train station one evening- what a find! Delicious Brazilian food, as chiaroscuro or self-serve by weight, very easy. There was lots to choose from even late at night: tasty steak, well-appointed salad and sides bar, to a very tempting selection of desserts. The staff were very sweet and attentive too even though we rolled in late, and the manager was there making sure everything ran smoothly. A happy group nearby was having a birthday dinner, and this was clearly a great place for it. A gem! Will definitely be going back for more. read more

This place is definitely in my top three Brazilian barbecue favorite places to eat. The staff is super helpful all of the food is fresh. You always have options on the way you want your food cooked, and the desert section is unbelievable. My kids who are picky eaters it least went up about seven times each. Delicious Brazilian Food I have been to a few Brazilian restaurants but this one is by far the best overall. Food is fresh and not over seasoned or salty. My husband loves the meat options and I being a vegetarian have many options as well. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The parking is a bit tough but manageable. For 3 of us getting one large plate of food paying per pound each, our bill came to $63.00. This also included one drink and one dessert, a Brazilian parfait. ( A must try!) Our family dined today at Framingham Station Brazilian Steakhouse for the first time. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was amazingly helpful and polite, the meat was piping hot, seasoned perfectly, and made the rounds more frequently than other rodizio restaurants we've been to. The salad and sides bar was well-stocked, and the selections were great. Special thanks to Viviana, our server. She was very nice and made every effort to make sure we were happy and well-fed! Make sure to try the beef ribs and brisket. The bacon-wrapped chicken was delicious too, as well as all the other cuts, including picanha. Leave room for grilled pineapple! This was my fiancé and my first time here, we came for his birthday. To start we got seated and one waitress comes over and asks if we've been here before, we say no and she explains how the all you can eat works, this time they had a wine special that went along with that where for $25 more you got a whole bottle of wine of your choosing for the table. Then another gentleman comes over who is just so polite he shows my fiancé and I two samples of the wines we were stuck between which helped us pick the wine we wanted, which is honestly just going the extra mile to make sure your guests really enjoy the experience. You grab a plate move through the sides buffet (during covid they have to serve you but normally the buffet is a serve yourself thing) then you flip a card, one side means serve more meat and the other means we need time before we get more. They passed us some of the most delicious meat I've had in a long time, the whole meal was absolutely delicious. I told them it was my fiancé's birthday and we asked for a tiramisu to go. They brought one for us to eat in the restaurant and sang to us and one to take home both of which they comped for us. The environment was relaxing, the staff was more than friendly and polite, the food was delicious and the prices were more than reasonable for what we got. we felt truly taken care of and my fiancé had a wonderful birthday. The food was pretty good, but not commensurate with the price. After spending $230 for four people to eat dinner, with one bottle of overpriced, cheap California wine, and two shared desserts, my wife and I split the bill. They only returned one credit card, which I think is part of the plan, as they hope you will come back to get your card and eat there again... I called and Devin, the "manager", told me that he would send it the next day. That was 1/8/23 and the envelope was postmarked by the U.S. Post Office 1/14/23, which means he held on to the card for nearly a week before sending it. When it never arrived in normal time I called at least twice and left messages with my phone number for him to call me back. He pretended he never got the message because he NEVER called. This is illegal and enough to make me give a bad review and pledge that I will never eat at this restaurant again. Very irresponsible and undue worry and concern about something as powerful as a customer's credit card. How many people have had this restaurant keep there credit cards? read more

My girlfriend and I went here for the very first time a few days ago. It's a bit difficult because of covid but that can be expected. They have 2 options for food. The buffet where you pay $9.99 by the lb the other is $29.00 for all you can eat. The all you can eat meal includes a person coming to your table with all different types of meats and giving you slices of eat one. The foods was absolutely amazing and my favorite meat was the beef flank. The only downside I see is because of covid the waiters have to get the food from the buffet for you. The rice was great and I would have loved more but there isn't anyone just standing at the buffet to help you so I would have needed to ask. The buffet was also very limited on food choices. Another downside it that a lot of the staff know little to no English and have very thick accents. It is a Brazilian restaurant so Portuguese is expected and that's great but it was very hard to understand and speak to employees. Overall I would definitely go back again.
